Not a fan, but I'm going to keep trying it out to see if it has any effect on my abs.
Not a fan of these... I even hooked them up to a more powerful tens unit I have. I mean, it works but they barely stick so I have to hold it down to get the full effect. I'm going to try it a few more times and if my opinion changes I'll update the review.
