We all know how flimsy, cheap, and thin are the covers that come with most multi-cell sets. Out of desperation, that’s what I THOUGHT I was buying.Now don’t get me wrong... $5.50 for an ounce or 2 of plastic?! Somebody’s making out pretty nice on these lids.But aside from that, I’m very impressed by their build quality. They’re heavier and thicker than any others that serve the same purpose (at least, that I’ve ever seen). They also fit the base with a little more wiggle room than others — which I think is a benefit. Not so much as to let out heat, though.I just got them today, so I haven’t used them, and obviously can’t rate them on anything having to do with length of life, or such.I just wanted to pass along that they APPEAR to be high-quality lids... just in case, like me, you’re waffling on buying them because they’re so outrageously expensive.*** UPDATE ***Indeed, they ARE well made! They honestly hold the moisture better and longer, due, I think, to their (heavier) weight. Very happy I bought them.

These covers are very strong, could be a little taller. But they do the job and are sturdy!!

I used these for my indoor cactus farm, and they worked great. It's not thick plastic and can break like most other domes, but for the price point these performed exactly how I expected. I would buy these again.

These work just fine, but I think they should be an inch taller. I have to cut an inch off my seed markers so the top will fit properly.Other than that, they're a great value for the money and heavy enough that I'll be able to use them for a few years.

These are necessary if you’re starting seeds in a tray. The trays I bought did not come with lids, I’m happy to have found these online. I did punch holes in a couple as they are not vented. Next time I buy trays I will choose the ones with lids.

sturdy and fit the flats

These are absolute junk! Arrived with 2/5 corners broken, thin plastic, but I kept them because I needed them for seedlings ASAP. Spent the weekend over my seed trays and they are warped and ruined. Arrived 3/23 and meant for the trash by 3/29. Wish I could give this zero stars and get a refund!

So far these seem pretty good. The feel thicker than Jiffy lids but not as thick as a 7" propagation dome. These feel like they should last many years with being careful with them in the off season.Will update if we have any issues but I don't think we will have any
