This is an interesting and intriguing gun that works well at first, but eventually, the ejection mechanism starts to malfunction and the gun stops working properly. My teenage boys were having a great time shooting targets and battling, and it's entertaining while it lasts.The darts are launched with ease and an enjoyable greater distance using this weapon. It contains clips and ammunition and is designed to look and work like a real gun. You can have one shell in the chamber and each clip can carry four shells.This has to be reloaded more frequently, and I believe that I would only let older kids use it as in my opinion, it can send the wrong message to younger kids because it is a little too realistic. Since this kind of ammunition isn't available at our neighborhood box retailer, the pieces that are being shot can easily get lost, and I have no idea where to find more.

It has directions that are very clear on how to put the gun together. Easy to put together. Easy to load bullets into shells and into the magazines. I had no issue using it and it shoots far. However, my boys could not for the life of them, reload the gun. You know you pull back and the shell goes flying and then you push forward and lock, then shoot, then do it all again. They could not get the shell to fly out and then they were plugging it up because the shell was stuck and they were forcing it to load another shot. It was hilarious. THE GOOD PART IS THE GUN INDURED THE TWO OF THEM. They got so upset they gave up. I finally have my own toy that no one else wants to play with. I had a blast with this. I miss shooting as it is, but this made me really miss living out in the middle of no where, where I could shoot all day. Great Buy for an older person or an older kid that has a little patients.

Works for now, just gave it to my boy for B-day. Will see how sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. I just tried this right out of the box, and it has similar features with the real deal. It also has the same real gun problems as well, if a kid can master this gun, they should be close to ready for a real one.
