Change your life with these molds. Makes spam musubi and onigiri so much easier to make! Not nearly as messy as free shaping them. The little spatula it comes with is my favorite part. It’s so handy and helps you get the perfect amount for each mold. So far these are very durable. I’ve had them for about 6 months and they are still holding strong after a couple dozen uses! The rice doesn’t stick to them either. If yours does, just use a little salt water around the edges, or your rice is too dry 😅.

When using them, make sure to keep your hands damp. I used a bowl of water on the side so the rice doesn't stick to me. I've used these countless numbers of times and no damage or breaks.

These molds are nice. Makers it easier to make onigiri. I only wish they were bigger but still not too bad.
