Fantastic Idea - Just needs tweaking.
Great idea! Works as planned, Just had to FIX THE DESIGN of this cheap plastic bracket. Let me show you......I felt jumping into this purchase that this product would probably be overpriced based on grade and quality, but I wanted the functionality and I wanted it $15 worth of NOW. This would be a more valuable product if made of cast aluminum and the finish would appear better too, but it's plastic. The cheap plastic injection molding cannot cost more than a penny or so each in large quantities. Having one in hand now, I could see scanning into a 3D printer setup and making my own replacement, at a cost of under a dollar. The cheap chrome painted surface on the original I don't expect to last very long. The finish is very inconsistent, being shiny smooth in some places whilst dull and rough in others....The 3M tape is great, I've used it with many packages of inexpensive hooks. It comes OFF easily and works securely against a SMOOTH FINISHED surface. Sadly, my needs were to wall mount it on a wood wall. Even on a painted wall, I would not trust the 3M tape to hold up a $300 tablet, based on my experience with 3M tape. IMHO the tape is great stuff, but only for certain conditions....But you can fix this! This is the part where had the engineers had at least half a brain, they'd have put a hole in the mount so that it could be screwed to the wall. Yep. Did it. I took a drill, bored a small hole, applied the tape, and then added a screw to the bracket. YES, I GET IT, the purpose of the 3M tape is to avoid marring the wall and a hole i the wall runs counter to that. BUT the purpose of the mount, is to HOLD UP THE TABLET not "maybe" hold up the tablet....There seem to be a lot of vendors selling these in the $14.99 to $19.99 price range. I chose a vendor somewhat at random but my review is about the product not the vendor. The packaging was great and the delivery was speedy. Thank you Amazon and thank you vendor...If you like my review, please bump it. Have a comment? Leave it. Have a product you'd like me to try? I'll be diligent and honest.

Simple solution, great product.
Great product. I needed something to put an iPad in my kitchen and looked at dozens of ipad holders, stands, arms, and similar solutions. For the price, this is a great product that gets the job done. It doesn't offer any rotation or angle, your iPad is basically stuck to the wall, but it wolds well and it is unbelievably simple. It was great for my needs. Installs easily with the command strips provided, you can get the iPad (or any other tablet) in and out easily, and looks good once set. You can mount the brackets at different distances so you can use it for tablets of different sizes.Note that as always, with the command strips it is important to clean the area well, and in my experience, its better to let the strip adhere properly for a few hours before putting weight on them. If you put the table right after sticking this to the wall it will probably fall down (as it happened to me). But no problem, I just re-stuck the brackets to the wall, let the command strips settle overnight, and I've left my iPad in there ever since (going on about 3 weeks now) and haven't had any issues.Hope this was helpful.

Easy to use tablet wall mount
These worked perfectly to mount a tablet on the wall to use as a smart home control. With the command strips they stay in place and feel secure. The cable holder/clip in the design is nice and handy. Gave 4 stars as I feel they are a little over priced but they were perfect for my needs and worth it.

Work Great for Art Shows!
I ordered these for an art show were I was going to display some tablets for people to interact with, and they were perfect. I used them for an iPad, Nexus 7, and even a Nintendo DSi (which didn't fit as well as the tablets since it doesn't have a beveled edge, but it still held it in very well).I know they're not advertised for security, but that was my use for them. And just to clarify, I built some rigs for them that made that a possible application, but the only thing holding the tablets were these holders, bonded on wood with epoxy (I put them in opposite corners, so they would stay in place, and couldn't be removed). They worked exactly like I needed them to; they didn't break or warp and looked great. They firmly held the tablets in place, didn't wiggle, or jiggle. While it does look like it could be aluminum, it's actually very nice tough plastic.I saw one review on here about drilling them in place; which I did for this show as well. Small pilot holes and small screws worked perfectly. I only had to do this because one of the brackets that I put onto the mount was handled a lot before applying the epoxy to it, so an a moment of improvising, we drilled it in place. These worked great for a low-cost tablet security device (didn't ware out at all in the two weeks that they were up), but if you're weary of the command strips, I would recommend any other method of securing them in place as the brackets themselves work perfectly.
