Yes, the loop is big enough for the feet.

What is the weight capacity it can be used with?

Almost any weight within reason. I use it on cable machines in the gym and they go up to 100kg. The types of exercises you would use the strap for would probably never call for this amount of weight unless you were Ronnie Coleman 😅

Which length to get?? 22 & 28 or 17 & 24?

Depends on the machines you will attach it too. The longer size is much better for exercises that require you to get your arma behind your torso. Shorted handles will be better for tricep and bicep exercises. Its really just a personal preference.

Can I use this at the gym? What weight limit is there if I can ?

Yes, you can use it at the gym. I've been doing rowing with it with 101kg and it was just fine. It's made of really strong materials so you don't have to worry about the quality.
