Gearlux Stand for Ukulele, Mandolin or Violin

saved a few bucks getting this online instead of at my local music shop, i have a full length violin sitting on this puppy. i love that i can grab my violin whenever i went to fiddle around with it, instead of having to fetch all the components out of its case. my one gripe with this holder however is that if your using the Bow holder, the scroll of your violin will hit that metal bar, the legs holding the violin are a little funny to try to get it standing in a manner that it doesn't hit that bar, but it is possible with a tiny bit of adjusting. over all very pleased!

I wanted a sturdy, black violin stand to match my old Miesel stands. This one is better. I can easily rest my fiddle on the stand with the shoulder rest attached (and I use a big, Bon Musica shoulder rest). I do not intend to travel with the stand, but it does fold up nicely and would keep a fiddle safe on stage.

This violin stand is very sturdy and made similar to one that I purchased years ago. The bow holder is just barely long enough, but it does the trick.

This satisfied my search for a ukulele stand that resembles a regular guitar stand.It has a good amount of padding on the instrument's points of contact. No scratching here buddy! It also keeps the instrument straight and steady. Finally, it folds down nice and easy if you feel like storing it away.There's really nothing fancy about this stand, but it simply gets the job done.

I didn't realize that it was short, more suited for table or floor. It is very sturdy. Good choice so far.

Very easy to set up (instructions are pretty naff but it's incredibly straight forward). Wonderful to have the hook for a bow, and the padding for the cello to sit on is certainly suitable.

A very convenient product. It holds my 7/8 size violin just fine, and I'm quite happy with that aspect of the stand, but the bow holder part is short and when fully extended, my bow is just about on the floor.

I am happy with this stand! It takes up quite a bit of space, but it feels safe and I trust my cello on it. Some reviews said no bow holder but the bow holder is the hook on the back. It works!
