I pair this with my HMO probiotic powder as they complement each other. At least that's what the info on HMO states. :) Regardless, it is a very pleasant taste combo when mixed with my little side dish of chia seed "pudding" each morning. A scoop of chia seed soaked in water with cinnamon, ginger, HMO and apple peel powder.

Love using this to help keep things regular. Easy to blend into smoothies and oatmeal. Doesn’t blend well into just regular water or liquids.

This is an excellent all natural fiber alternative to Benefiber or Metamucil. It dissolves better in a warm drink, so I add it to a little warm water to dissolve, then add to my juice or smoothies. It take so little compared to other options, and is easy to drink.

I am using this in a fruit/yogurt smoothie. It worked fine, though of course possible health benefits will never be able to be discerned specific to this product. The package was difficult to open, a minor issue. It claims on the front to be "High in vitamin C" but then the amount is not actually listed on the back "Nutrition Facts." It also has a California Proposition 65 WARNING (are we surprised?) about exposure "to chemicals including lead, etc., etc." which is presumably required but not helpful. Try figuring out on the CA website whether there are pesticides or other ag agents or lead, which is not useful. So, I asked the company on their website, awaiting response.

My order didn't turn out right, but the company is making this right by me so I will retry this product. I was really looking forward to the healthful effects of this type of product. And the fact that they're organic is a big plus.

This tasted old. I would not buy again.

I like the taste, very good for us. Mixes better when put on solid food or smoothies than in a drink. But good either way.

If I could give zero I would. Its taste is disgusting and had MANY people try as it’s not returnable. Plus does not mix without A LOT of work but still has glossies with a high powered blender. It’s white flour and tastes like flour nothing else. Add on the price it’s not something I’d recommend.
