The product comes packed in a small box. The bottle itself is a roll on and has a metal ball which acts as an applicator. I used to roll some on my wrists and also my neck. The smell is quite unique and can be strong (in a good way). So maybe put a little on first to see how strong you need it to be. I've been using it regularly and the bottle doesnt seem to get used up too quickly which is a bonus. By the morning the smell is gone and it doesnt leave any residual smell on your bedding and also no stains! I like the product itself. I dont know if it helped me relax, but it defiantly helped me get a good nights sleep and my sleep didnt appear too interrupted either. I've started using the product regularly and it now forms part of my night time routine! Would recommend and will likely buy again.

This smells lovely and its quite a long lasting scent. It has a convenient roller so you cant spill it. You can also easily fit it into your bag/purse.
