I had my local garage do the install for me, and it turned out great! I couldn't be happier. This bumper is seriously beefy too (not sure why someone would comment that the winch plate was weak. It's seriously heavy duty! In the pictures you'll see I installed a Rough Country 9500 Pro winch, and it's not going anywhere.). As to the customer support, I couldn't have been more pleased. The bumper arrived with damage to the box and a bit of surface damage to the bumper itself. In a matter of just a few short days and emails back and forth with the seller, they gave me a substantial reimbursement due to the state of the damage. A bit of sanding, Rustoleum textured black paint, and about 10 minutes of work and you can't even tell there was any damage whatsoever. I would highly recommend this bumper to anyone looking to give their XJ not only greater capability, but fantastic looks as well. All at one of the best prices on the market.

Bumper came in timely fashion, well boxed and cushioned. Small chip in the paint/powder coat exposing bare metal by a bolt hole for the hoop. It would be covered with the hoop installed. Installation was easy. The bad the wiring harness for the fog lights was missing. I sent an email to the supplier on Sat and received an email on Sun promising to contact me within 24 hours after the weekend, when staff returns. They got back to me when they said they would and asked for pictures of the chip and to circle the missing wire harness. But it is still a quality bumper.Company got back to me and said they did not have a replacement harness and had sent a picture with photo of parts, but harness was not in that photo. The company has stated that they will discount the bumper to make things right. The amount of discount they have stated is more than fair.On the instructions, they show that it is necessary to cut your pre 96 Cherokee fender back to the wheel well. I found that cutting 1/2 to one inch notch cut out of the front of the fender at the top where the bumper would contact the fender provides enough room to mount the bumper. The bottom of the bumper would not contact the fender. From there you can decide If you want to cut more for ground clearance or esthetics. I found out the hard way and now have an ugly gap behind the bumper I need to repair.

Arrived dented in multiple places, bolt holes for the lights aren't threaded properly so I can't put the lights on. Holes for the bull bar don't align, the bumper is bent enough that they don't line up on both sides. I'm guessing it got bent in transport, but if being dropped in the package caused the entire bumper to bend it doesn't give me any confidence that this will hold up to a winch.

Welding okay on this one. Sits good. Does not meat thickness of metal needed for which so ensure u instal a bracket to your frame. 96 and below please understand need to cut the body.

The bumper was purchased for my jeep. The parts they gave me … the bolts in particular were not the right size. I had to purchase new bolts to mount from the bumper to the car on all 4 connection points. It’s a reasonably built bumper but it does require some customization for install

The media could not be loaded. Loved it it was easy to mount if your looking for a new bumper I highly recommend this one but the fog lights bolts did not match up with the nuts mounted on the bumper

First use, pulling my TJ out of a deep water hole SIDEWAYS. Expected the bumper to bend and give up the farm. Seriously just got the job done with no deformation. Two more cycles of winch use with no movement or deformation. This joker is a bargain!!!!
