My wife loves this excellent all-purpose kitchen knife. The blade is lightweight and very sharp. Excellent for chopping, cleaving, and slicing.

I bought this for the hubby, as he keeps stealing the smaller one I got for veggies.He loves it. Stays Sharp, quality is great, haven't sharpened inside of 6 months as it is still as sharp as day one. Comes with sheath, (wish I could buy sheaths separately though as he lost the one for my knife). Note i also own victorinox, which was always my knife of choice. But now we seem to always head to these... All in all, it's a good knife for the money. Buy one.

The blade is nice, strong, and looks nice as well.For me, it has stayed sharp using it as my main chef knife with very minimal sharpeneing.The downside of this, if using it like my case instead of a chefs knife (I like the surface area for picking up material), is that the weight of the handle is double (or feels like it) the weight of the knife.For me, I just drilled holes in the handle which made it lighter, but I would much prefer a balanced knife instead.It is cheap, which is what makes it great and the blade stays sharp longer than other cheap ones I have tried. I would recommend it for butchery, but not as a chefs knife without modification.

This knife\ cleaver is fantastic. I am able to cut through all those things that I couldn't cut through with my other knives. High quality Steel, nice wooden handle, super sharp blade. The blade just Glides through the fish and beef. And now I can cut through heavy fish skin and bones with ease. Love this cleaver. Worth every penny

Knife handles so nice in slicing. Has a nice weight on it. Just the perfect size for cutting thru large piece of meat. Happy I purchased it. Works so good in helping to prepare from vegetables to spices and meat. 👍🏽
