Works as it should!

This this is awesome!! I use it for a trimmer only. If you think it’s gonna shape your tip then you might be disappointed. If you use a soft tip then you know it will start to mushroom over time. This will trim the tip even with the ferrule without damaging. Everyone that had used it has ended up ordering one for themselves!! If you are using bigger than 12.5 mm shaft then you’re probably out of luck, I don’t think it will fit.

Seems to work find, no damage but I do with the changed out the used sand paper but other then that all good 👍

This is certainly a tools all players should have. I usually play with Kamui super soft, so after a few months it tends to mushroom a little. This tool was super easy to use, remove the shaft, insert and twist. Literally that easy. Just make sure you watch where the blade is contacting the tip. I saw a reviewer say it messed up their shaft… this tool is to trim the tip. So if you let the blade touch the shaft or Ferrule, it will shave it down, too!. Soft silicon to protect the shaft is also a nice touch. Highly recommend!!! Will buy more to hand out at Christmas. Really liking this tool. Saves me from re-tipping every 8-12 months. :)

I run a Kamui soft on my shaft and I tend to break with it quite a bit which shrooms it out. Even with some of the other deshroom tools out there, they never get it back to normal, so I’m constantly trying to free trim the edges. This thing took the guess work right and got the job done in 2 seconds. Too for right in, I spun it around and it trimmed off the whole shroom. Reshaped a little back to dime and tip is perfect again. This trimmer is gonna life in my case for life now. Awesome tool. Not sure it’s worth 20 bucks, but it’s not cheap Chinese junk since it’s made in Italy. It Feels very sturdy and definitely not cheap. I would buy it again for sure.

Absolutely destroyed my house cues. Yes, it worked to shape the tip, but it left deep grooves in the shafts of my house cues. Too deep even to sand out. Don’t buy, find a better brand. You’ll ruin your shafts with this.

Don’t believe the negative reviews. I been playing pool for 30 years and this tool is so easy to use and produces perfect results! Just don’t use on a shaft that’s larger than 13mm.

Not really. It's a good idea, but, the blade isn't adjustable. It woukd work brilliantly for an 11mm tip, but mibe is a 9.5mm tip and so the blade won't touch the side of the tip to shave it down. Expensive for something that doesn't work as described.
