Poor craftmanship
Bought these for our trip to NYC over Christmas 2022. On the flight to NYC, the main part of the zipper fell off and my flight attendant was able to locate it for me. I thought I would be able to reattach it once I found a pair of pliers. Then, while attending a show, the other part of the zipper disappeared because the opening was too big and it fell off. I was not able to relocate that piece.I am hoping I can purchase just the missing items from a local sewing store so I can fix it.The bag is cute and spacious and was really looking forward to using it a lot. Hard to do now that I have to struggle to close and open the main compartment.
