How is the rack for deadlifts and standing shoulder press?

For deadlifts I rack the bar on the short pegs inside the frame, load it up, and pull. For OH press I set the short pegs on the outside of the frame and stand outside to press. The frame is too short for me to get full extension inside (I'm 5'10"). Overall I'm really happy with the rack. It's a great deal as long as your not pushing/pulling 500+ lbs.
