I am a reed diffuser freak. I love them…..and one in every room pretty much…much to my husbands amusement and tolerance. He hates smells around the house (never mind hey….I love them) 😂. I’m usually a Wax Lyrical or Yankee Reed diffuser oil purchaser as they’re good well-known brands, with lots of scents in the ranges, for a reasonable price on Amazon, and there is longevity in the smells with these brands. I’m usually draw to the fruity smells too.On this occasion spotted this one. A bit different, a brand id not heard of, but i was after a smell that smelt like you were walking into a Spa…..you know that relaxing spa massage type smell. These were £7.99 each which was a bit cheaper, arrived a couple of days later as I don’t think they were a “Prime” purchase. It didn’t matter as reed diffuser oil isn’t urgent. On opening the bottle and having a sniff it smelt divine. Just the sort of smell I was hoping for. Lovely jubbly. I decanted the oil into a cleaned washed diffuser jar I already had and put in some brand new reed sticks, poured this oil in, put it in my small double bedroom and waited until bedtime (5 hrs later) to see how it smelt. Eagerly anticipated…..but no smell. Nothing at all. Days later even. No smell in the room. You can smell it when you sniff from the bottle, but the scent doesn’t penetrate around the room at all. Really disappointed. I ordered 2 of these bottles as well….but when delivered I only received one. I contacted the seller and they did send the second one eventually after asking me to send proof / photo of the packaging it came in? Very strange. Not sure what that proves….although i did genuinely only receive one. I sent the photo of the one bottle, and then was asked to send a photo of the packaging which had already gone in the bin. A bit of a faff to be honest for something which wasn’t my mistake, but a second bottle did arrive. Both parcels had a little freebie shaped wax melt in it which was a lovely touch….and for me smelt far stronger and better than the diffuser oil at penetrating around a room. I won’t be buying the reed oil again. Worth a try. It’s now in the airing cupboard. Works and smells a bit more now its activated with warmth in very confined space. Keeps washing smelling nice though 😂 I bought one from Neal’s Yard instead in the end, for a change…..an extravagant purchase but OMG it smells so lush and just like a Spa, and can smell it all around the top floor of the house when its only in my bedroom. Get what you pay for sometimes in life i guess 😊

Lovely scent which has helped to mitigate my dog's own unique odour. The refill bottle is excellent value for money.
