Warning: Don't Waste Your Money
Don't waste your money on this it's useless device first off know that it is non-returnable if you don't like it, you're out the $40 US. Second the device dug into the soft tissue of my lower jaw so i had to trim it but when I did, didn't want to stay in place. When I practiced using when awake it gave me a headache from jaw displacement and general jaw joint pain which lasted for hours. Don't waste your money on this device it causes more harm than good

Life Changing
I read all the ratings. For me, this is the single most positive influential product I have ever bought in my 54 years. Used the mouth piece the first night with the sound app. I used the mouthpiece until I woke up around 1:00. Took the mouthpiece out and reset the app. My snoring level with the mouthpiece in was a 4, without a 76. Next night, with and without the mouthpiece....scored a 6 and 78. The third night was the ultimate test. My wife slept in our bed. My snoring has been so bad, she has to sleep in our Guest room on work days. She woke up in the middle of the night because it was so quiet. She thought I had got up and slept of the sofa, my snoring was so low.The mouthpiece does feel strange in your mouth. And in the morning, there is some saliva built up in the trays. Not like slobber, but there some saliva in around your teeth in the morning.Given those two issues. For me, this mouthpiece has all but eliminated my snoring. Not sure if you will have the same experience but I am amazed how well it worked.

Sad it didn’t work out.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this product was really disappointing for the price. As soon as I put it in my mouth it wanted to pop out. They recommended an app to track your snoring and you can literally hear the moment I began to choke on the mouth guard through the app. It doesn’t fit at all. It doesn’t stay in, and doesn’t work. Super bummed.

It does not fit well
Like many others I find the product to be lacking in so many areas it does not sit firmly in the mouth and is very uncomfortable.......it does not fit and barely does what it is intended to do which is a disappointment.....needs extensive improvement.

It does work…
First, the good:1) It does work. My wife slept through the night for the first time in a long time, and we both woke in the early AM feeling super rested. Pretty impressed for the low price point. Similar devices from the dentist cost $1000+.2) Easy to apply. It’s as simple as putting in a mouth guard. You place the longer half on your bottom teeth and you can feel it pulling your lower jaw forward like it’s supposed to.3) Fairly comfortable. You’ll definitely notice wearing it, but it wasn’t cutting into my gums or pushing/pulling teeth in a painful manner. I slept through the night with no issues. The bad:1) Soreness. The jaw and teeth feel a little sore, but it’s supposed to go away after a few uses. Will update later.2) Unclear sizes. They offer two different options depending on your bite and the severity of your snoring. Regular/overbite people or mild snorers should use Size 1, while underbite and severe snorers should use Size 2. I chose 2 due to my snoring being pretty severe.3) Drooling. You will drool…quite a bit. But, if I have to choose between this or using a CPAP, drooling is a minor issue.Overall this is a pretty good device that does what it’s supposed to do. It’s not a cure all, but I noticed a huge difference in the quality of sleep I get. For $40 this is worth trying.

Best MAD Device I've used yet!
So...I snore a bit, and because I'm a nice person and want my partner to get his beauty sleep at night, I started researching Mandibular Advancement Devices. Let's get one thing straight right now...they all suck. A MAD device is typically uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks, and ultimately, having to use one is the worst. HOWEVER! They WORK.I have tried the cheap ones, my advice is: love yourself more than that.I have tried the expensive ones. my advice: they work but are spendy.I had a lot of success with the Zyppha mouth piece, except it's expensive as heck and falls apart pretty quickly. You have to take an impression of your teeth, and I found it made my teeth ache badly, even after the 2 week adjustment period. Also, I would pop my teeth out in the night and grind them on the hard plastic rims...yikes.This mouth piece, however, is WORLDS better. It's a much softer plastic, but it holds up, so I can grind my teeth and not worry about damage to my teeth or the mouth piece. Secondly, it took almost no time to adjust. Now...I have used MADs before. The first time you start using a MAD, you will feel like it's the worst possible thing to ever happen to your mouth. I assure you, you'll adjust. The zQuiet took the least amount of effort to set up, it has the best results, and it is by far the most durable MAD I've used.I think people give MADs low ratings because the adjustment period is terrible. You do get past it, I promise.

Doesn't work! Don't buy it!
This product is a big rip off! It doesn't work, and IT'S NOT RETURNABLE!The tray where your teeth go is 3/8 inch wide. No one has teeth 3/8 inch thick! So the device doesn't stay in place, and that's supposed to be the point of the whole thing. It has to stay in place so the lower jaw doesn't relax and cause snoring. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Your money will be wasted!
