Good price point !
Taste like slim fast - I think I added milk and made strawberry smoothies I don’t remember. I think this was a phase. But I liked it. Haha

Yum!
I have tried some other Slim Fast shake mixes before and this by far is the best tasting one. It reminds me of your typical strawberry milk made from that overly sugared syrup. I add this to skim milk and mix, one scoop for every 8 ounces. Unlike other shakes and even some other Slim Fast products, this mixes well with minimal clumps or powder resting at the bottom of your cup. This helps satisfy my appetite and works really well as a meal replacement, usually I drink it for lunch and will not be hungry until normal dinner time. I am not on the entire slim fast diet, but use this as a way to maintain my weight if not just lose a few pounds and keep from unhealthy snacking. The protein helps keep me going and this shake does not make me feel bloated or like I have to use the toilet every few hours. This is an excellent product at a great price that won't break the bank. I will be ordering more.

Very Good For My Diet!
So how I use it is I blend up:1 scoop powder1 Cup milk (I use original oat milk)2 cups ice(optional) 1 bananaThat gives me a really nice Strawberry or Strawberry Banana smoothie to work on and does a great job helping me manage my hunger in a healthy way! It also is an effective way to help control my caloric consumption for my diet, I'm absolutely in love! My friend warned me they're known for having a chalky taste, but with the recipe I use above I don't get any of that, just a pleasant smoothie that tastes like a treat even though it's healthy!

Only Time Will Tell...But I'm Optimistic
I was looking for something to make an easy breakfast with minimal effort to combat my cycle of depression making me skip meals because of the effort they take. This, being both low calorie and a flavor I hoped I'd like, seemed to be my best option!Immediately upon opening it, the unmistakable smell of strawberries and cream hit my nose, already encouraged. So I mixed some up to try, just using water to see the baseline flavor. Personally, not an immediate fan, but it would indeed do the job for me. I'll keep testing out different things to add into it such as milk or juice to make it more palatable and less like I'm drinking pulverized vitamins. The product did, however, keep me full to the next meal, which was great.Pros:smells goodlooks like strawberry nesquik when mixedlow in caloriesgood cost per ounce for a college student like menot from an MLMCons:doesn't taste the greatest, very children's chewable vitamin-yI would also like to note that after drinking this I got a bad headache which I can't fully attribute to this, but I cannot discount it potentially being involved. If this headache comes back when I continue to drink this I will be updating my review. If the headache is not because of this, and I find the perfect mixture, I will more than likely buy this again.

Sweet mild taste
I'm a huge fan of chocolate slim fast but I ordered this for a variety. I liked it. I've been using slim fast to help me not only lose weight but to maintain what I have lost. This strawberry flavor is mild and easy to drink. Not the least bit chalky and no aftertaste.

Low-calorie meal replacement, chalky texture
As a weight loss program it seems to do some good for most people who use it correctly. But it leaves much to be desired...THE WEIGHT LOSS POTENTIAL:It's a low-calorie meal replacement, designed for people who want to lose weight but have trouble with PORTION SIZE CONTROL when they cook their own meals. When used as directed (1 real meal - usually dinner - with 2 shakes at other meal times and 2 reasonable snacks between meals) it can be effective at helping people lose weight by cutting the amount of carbs and fats in your diet. If you break from the diet once in a while it's not going to wreck your results, but if you have impulse control troubles and you still eat "real food" pretty often when you should just have one of these, then obviously it won't work as intended because you are not using it as directed. FOLLOW THE PLAN or it will not work.Meal planning a few days in advance will help you stick to your goals, do some research about low-calorie foods that still let you feel like you're eating a complete meal every day. These shakes are pretty good about providing the necessary vitamins, but you will need an additional source for your vitamins C, D, K, and potassium as well as fiber and protein. The shakes are around 200 calories each, and they expect your 2 snacks to be 100-200 calories as well, so plan on your third meal being around 500 - 700 calories. For reference, a single McDonald's Big Mac sandwich is over 500 calories, and a large Coke is 300 calories. You should be eating more healthful meals than that anyway. Best if combined with a regular exercise routine, too.THE TASTE AND TEXTURE EXPERIENCE:It's mostly made of powdered sugar, creamer, and thickening agents combined with vitamins, which you then are supposed to mix into a glass of milk and drink it like a milkshake. It is supposed to be strawberry flavored, too. Honestly though, it is pretty nasty in the mouth. It tastes like BUBBLE GUM, not strawberry. And the texture is like milk that's had some chalk dust added. Very chalky with tiny solid particles floating around that grate against the mouth rather unpleasantly for half an hour after you drink it. Since one of the main ingredients is chalk (calcium carbonate) and another is sand (silicon dioxide), that is not surprising really. It doesn't thicken like a shake either, it is just milky with chalk particles floating in it. But it does turn pink, so that's something. Some people say it improves if you mix it in an electric blender instead of just using a spoon, but I wouldn't know since I don't own a blender. If you do own a blender, feel free to try and maybe your experience will be better than my spoon-stirring method.BOTTOM LINE:It tastes like bubble gum instead of strawberry; chalky texture; poor flavor. But it is high in vitamins and low in calories, should help you slim down IF USED CORRECTLY as a meal replacement - just remember it's not a miracle potion so you still have to run and/or workout, and stick to the 2 shakes / 1 meal / 2 snacks per day according to the plan!!
