A very good lo adhesion dressing for general use. One think to note- low adhesion here means that the dressings have a shiny coating that prevents them from linting or sticking to wounds. These dressings don’t have any adhesion properties- they need to be taped or bandaged to fix them, using a separate product. I would highly recommend- much cheaper than the equivalent product (in smaller boxes) available in pharmacies.

Needed daily to cover a surgical wound after a salt-water soak. Disinfect scissors, hands etc. before cutting in half,,, wish they made boxes of assorted sizes so theres less risk of infection with having to cut them up. They are sealed and I would say they are about an inch and half by an inch and half.. not measured them. They do stick to open wounds so I have to soak them off but im guessing it would be worse if not low-adherent. I think there are 25 sealed pads in a box,, I shall probably have to order some more as I have a 3 month recovery period. Would be handy in a far bigger quantity, too.

Excellent value. Very absorbent and absolutely don't stick to the wound. A fraction of the price of the Polymed ones and work just as well.
