Excellent performer
We use 2 of these floods over our counter in the kitchen and find that they emit a nice glow which is not too bright or dim. They perform well to the dimmer and do not flicker. I am sold on these floods.

Switching to these
I bought these Philips BR30 “Warm Glow” bulbs because I’m old enough to remember when dimming lights didn’t turn your living room into a haunted warehouse. Good news: these nails it. At full brightness, the color is clean and pleasant. Start dimming, and instead of flickery like some LEDs, the light actually gets warmer and softer. You know, like incandescent bulbs used to do before the world went all LED on us. Even better, they play nicely with my ancient UPB dimmer, which I fully expected to start buzzing, flickering, or summon a demon. None of that happened. Smooth dimming all the way down, no drama. If you want lights that feel cozy instead of clinical, and you’re running older dimmers that usually hate modern things, these are absolutely worth it. My living room now dims like a gentleman.

FLICKERS WHEN COMING ON!
I hate that the lights flicker as they come on, much like the older spiral bulbs that nobody uses anymore. Once the lights are "on" they are fine. Not too bright white, more soft amberish glow like the older incandescent bulbs. That is what we were looking for in the bulbs. It's hard to find anything that isn't that harsh white light. We are using them in the kitchen and do not have these lights on a dimmer. If they didn't 'flicker' as they came on I would order them again. Sadly, the search for soft lighting continues...

Love these lights
I love these lights. The color is terrific. I can really see well. Great improvement, even over incandescents. Very happy.

These are what I was looking for.
I wanted to try these out over my wet bar before I replaced 10 incandescent bulbs in my kitchen (recessed cans). I installed a proper LED dimmer switch and I was able to adjust the dim and brightness using the small adjuster on the front of the switch. Perfect for me. Some people complain that there is a hesitation when you first turn the bulbs on. LED bulbs need to charge the internal capacitor before energizing the LEDs. This is expected to happen. I will now probably order more for the kitchen. My prior dim-able LED flood lights would not dim to a low level. Oh, this was not a three-pack, three individual boxes. No problem for me. Edit: Some people have said that these flicker. If you do not use a LED/CPFL dimmer switch, the bulbs will flicker when dimming. IHTH.

Work great
Work great. I always get dimmable for 2 reasons. 1. I imagine the electronics are better since it has more capabilities, 2. If I decide to move the bulb or change to a dimmer, all of my bulbs can be in either type of use. I use a sharpie to mark the base of any non-dimmable I get because none of them are marked once you throw away the package and I will not be sure what type it is..

Cheap Junk
Two of the three bulbs in this 3-pack did not work. I tested in multiple fixtures. I will not buy Philips bulbs again.

These worked perfectly for me. Using with a dimmer switch, they actually go quite dim which is what we needed in our bath tub area. Zero complaints.
