Fabulous pan, bit on heavy side, but great quality, non-stick and works well gor what I need. It is pricey, but worth every penny.

Not cheap but non-stick works well and still looks like new after lots of use
Had this about 7 months now and it gets a reasonable amount of use but still looks brand new. The non-stick works well so it's very easy to clean afterwards and the heat distribution is quite eaven. It's construction means that if something rarely does stick a bit I can scrub it gently with a wire scrubber without damaging the non-stick so hopefully it will last many years. It's the most expensive pan I've ever bought but so far I'm happy with it and if it continue to work for many years as I expect it will then it's actually cheaper than constantly buying new cheaper pans.

Unfit for purpose
Rubbish. I would prefer fo have given zero stars.Contrary to claims, and indeed contrary to some positive reviews, this is over-priced, disappointing and unfit for purpose.I read all the advice very carefully prior to buying and I have followed the rules to the letter.Despite seasoning reguarly, food sticks and can be hard work to scrub off. It's far too time consuming and the whole cooking experience is unpleasant. I have only used silcone or wooden implements, despite claims that metal can be used - nevertheless, two small scratches have appeared.Amazon won't accept returns after a month and the manufacturer 'support' consists of a web-form that cannot be submitted.Overall, the word 'scam' comes to mind.

Saw the quality of this pan and ordered the pots!
This 35 cm pan is large giving me more room to cook up larger dishes (particularly when it comes to searing the large rib steaks I get from my butcher). This pan looks the business when it's on my induction stove and heated up really fast. I like the fact you can use a scourer on the non-stick coating (should it ever need it). These are expensive but they really are quality and come with a lifetime guarantee.Having got the pan I have gone ahead and bought the 6 piece pot set as my old pots from some other manufacturer have tended to be temperamental on my induction hob and I just loved the fact my Hexclad pan just warmed up immediately and reached temperature in seconds.

A great pan, except for non-stick unless you season regularly... (doh!)
The media could not be loaded. TL;DR: A great pan overall except for non-stick unless you regularly season the pan, not the best anywhere (except cleaning).Note: Per the instructions, we seasoned the pan upon receiving it, before first usage. Our verdict after 6 months of daily use.Pros:- Excellent searing power and heat distribution. Yes, you should do your cooking at medium to low heat most of the time, but if you like your steak rare, you can quickly form a crust by using high heat.- Easiest pan to clean. Without a doubt and by far, the easiest pan I ever had to clean. Sometimes, it almost feels like running water on it is enough. Also because it is metal-resistant, you can safely use a scourer.- Durability. The pan looks and feels durable. After 4 months of daily usage, it still looks as good as new, the surface is still scratchless and inspires reliability, unlike cheap non-stick pans that were good for the bin after 6 months (despite using silicon ustensils).Cons:- Not very good for non-stick. Like most non-stick pans, it is amazing the first week or two, then gets worse after that. After 4 months of use, the non-stick is just as bad as any average non-stick pan, even if you use some fat. That said, somehow the non-stick still applies when it comes to cleaning, but don't expect your eggs to fly like in the promotional videos (it actually works the first week, not beyond that...).- Value for money. Despite certain qualities, the price point is too high if you consider some excellent and cheaper alternatives, in particular the Tefal Speckled line-up (Mineralia/Natural Force). Conclusion:The Hexclad pan is excellent overall. But the price point is way too high when you compare it to the Tefal Speckled pans. Those only lose to Hexclad in searing power and cleaning, but they come at a fraction of Hexclad's price and their non-stick work wonderfully (making them fairly easy to clean as well). The only issue we have with the Tefal one is their avaiability, especially at the sizes we need (20cm and 22cm).UPDATE: It looks like the non-stick properties can still be outstanding after 8 months of daily use. We just happened to decide to season the pan again before cooking an omelet and the eggs could really fly off the pan (see video), instead of being all stuck a couple weeks before.... Now, while that is great news regarding non-stick, we are not upgrading the rating. If seasoning the pan before each usage is required for perfect non-stick, you might end up using (wasting) a lot of oil just to upkeep the non-stick while this is not necessary with the Tefal pans (the ones with speckled "stone" surface). In that case, one advice would be using some oil you would throw away regardless: we season the pan using the sunflower oil from tuna tins.

Lives up to hype
Early days, but amazing pan. Expensive but worth it if you’re a serious cook

Non stick
I can use any utensils with this pan, once full of food it can be heavy, so have to use an oven cloth when transferring, but love it.

Top notch pans!
Look after them will careful washing after use (namely let them cool down first before soaking and never use an abrasive cloth) - and they will look after you. Had these a good while now and still first class cooking results!
