COSCO SmartFold Portable Workbench/Folding Utility Table with Locking Casters, 600 lb. Capacity, MDF Top

This table is easy to put together and and smoother to operate than I expected. As you see in the video, I was able to fold the table, as well as unfold it, with one hand while still holding the phone. All 4 casters swivel and lock. So it was easy to move around in tight quarters, like my one car garage. It also seems pretty stable to roll around in the folded position. The work surface is mdf particle board and yes some of you may want to seal it based on how and where you are going to use this. The top is 3/4 inch thick with a metal subframe underneath. Feels like it has good strength. The bottom shelf feel strong and stable. Overall, metal thickness and quality of materials used to make this table exceeds my expectations. I did get it while on sale, however, I feel it's worth the it even at the regular price.

This table has been a fantastic addition to my arsenal. For the past year I've been working on sawhorses that aren't exactly stable or on my husband's car trailer. None of them are tall enough for someone at 6ft. This table is so much better in height, sometimes wish I'd gone for the adjustable height but that's on me. The shelf under it has made it easier to move things aside while working. And since we don't have a ton of space, the foldability of this table is super handy. Doesn't take up much space in my husband's garage.

I absolutely love this! I live in a small duplex and I do stain glass and needed something to work in one area this is PERFECT for it. I have enough room on it. I would recommend this to anyone that does any type of crafts. Putting it together only took me no more than 30 mins took me longer to get it out of the box. There are two handle type pieces that snap into place then you connect the wheels to the work bench only had to screw in four screws on and that’s all. This product is very sturdy well worth the money you will not be disappointed!

This table is the bomb when it comes to a portable extra surface. Storage capacity is better than most with a second lower shelf. Great value for the money, super sturdy perfect height. Assembly could not be easier. Looks great too. Being able to fold up and store if you want is perfect.

Went together in about 10 minutes. As someone else said, the packaging is indeed overkill. I spent more time dealing with the packaging than I did putting it together. But I'll take that over dinged up product any day. It comes out of the box mostly put together. You just have to add the cross beams and mount the casters (which feel pretty decent for the price btw). I don't see myself relying on this thing as an actual workbench any time soon as it's kinda small for any REAL work, but it is great as a little arts and crafts space I can easily fold out on my patio. Folds up really easily, and the footprint when folded is about 1x2 feet. You could totally use this in a kitchen, bedroom, or apartment like space & stow it in a broom closet when folded up. I was expecting a cheap MDF top I'd end up wanting to replace with real board but it's actually a decent quality HDF top. That was a very pleasant surprise, especially at this price point. I'd HIGHLY recommend this little guy for anyone that needs a quasi workbench but doesn't have the space or money for something big and fancy. Also, the handles are really nice too. I'm legit thinking about buying one or two more. Only downside to this thing is that it's only got brakes on 2 of the casters & they're honestly not very good. I wouldn't suggest trying to saw anything on this thing. It's better suited as a light crafts bench or temporary storage space. Edit: It's been a couple years now. This thing lived out in the elements on my patio in the cold & heat of summer for a year. Then I moved & it became my primary computer desk for a year. I recently moved again & it's serving that same function now until I can fine a good surface for the electric sit/stand desk I bought. I would still highly recommend this workbench and feel it'll be with me for quite a while. I would still recommend upgrading the castors and tabletop accordingly though.

I rather love this table. It's really solid and very easy to set up and down. The casters are very high quality for this price point. The size includes the inside area of the handles, so keep that in mind if you need the entire surface. I knocked one star off because the table arrived scratched and dented on the top. I have a cutting mat on top of mine so it doesn't show, but this would otherwise be a problem.

This is one of the most practical workbench/Portable workstations that I have ever seen. Put the wheels on, easy to use right out of the box. Extremely sturdy and takes-up little to no space. Great for project work around the house, garage and yard. Top 10 purchase of 2025.

This table is fantastic. It's sturdy and high quality, the perfect size to roll around your house, folded or not. It's super easy to fold, even though the table has a nice heft to it. Rolls well, the wheels are big. The only thing that would make it better is some sort of leg mechanism that can rotate down to lift the wheels just above the ground if you wanted it extra stable for sawing or something. It does naturally wiggle a little even when the wheels are locked. I almost want to buy another one, it's so good.
