Very fast and responsive laptop, great laptop
I like the speed of the Dell XPS very quick, great 4k picture, size and weight very good. Very happy with this laptop. Windows 11 works well but need to keep on top of the updates

What's happened to DELL?!
I've always bought from DELL, always. I've had 3 of their laptops over the years, about 20 in fact. The last one has been the most awful let down though. Very slow, freezing half the time and no end of other problems that I never experienced before. I just can't buy from them anymore which makes me very sad.
