Nice Product
This product works well with detoxing everything from clothes to body. The package arrived unopened but the bag the product came in was opened resulting with some of the product spilling out.Other than the minor inconvenience, as mentioned earlier, the product works well.

poor packaging
My amazon items shipped with the activated charcoal arrived coated in black, including three books. The bag was not sealed at the top and relied only on the zip top on the bag (that makes it reusable) to seal. It should have been heat sealed at the top.

Package came opened. Item is not eligible for return.
Package was opened and everywhere was a dust and it was not 16 OZ, probably because package was opened. You can't return this item! Very bad experience. Package also look different than on the picture. I wanted return it or exchange for new one but there is no way how to do it.
