This will hit your Japanese Robot Anime nostalgia senses in all directions... to the point of overload, in a good way.First time playing this series, and I'm hooked. If you haven't tried it yet, and like me, you've got an assortment of mech model and sci-fi collections, you're going to enjoy the huge variety of Robots this game is going to throw at you.There are occasions where the story feels a bit long to read through. Just mainly text, and a ton of character development. I guess I'm just not as patient as I used to be when there's so much to do with so little time, so that's on me, and I end up skipping through things just so I can get into battle. It's certainly long and you'll get your money's worth.If your version comes with free DLCs like mine did, you'll get a paper with some codes to redeem. If it says your unable to redeem them, it's because those redeem codes are region locked. In order to redeem them, you need to create another Nintendo account with the correct Region.Here's what I did.1) Create new Nintendo account.2) Select one of the Asian Regions for this account. I selected Japan, knowing that's gotta work.3) Go back to your switch, link this new account to it.4) Now goto the EShop with this new account. It's going swap you over to the Japanese language.5) Go down to where Redeem Codes would be (it's going to be in Japanese but everything is in the same order).6) Start entering your codes and you'll redeem your DLC content.When you're done, just start your game with your main Account and the DLC side stories will show up as you progress through the game. You don't need to touch your Japan Region account again.

Fun game with all sorts of mechs from my childhood. This is a turn base strategy game and if can confirm it is in japanese dub with english subtitles. Would recommend if a fan of fire emblem and love robots.

I tried buying the english version digitally it was a pain then I got this copy straight in english.

The most prolific video game series of all time(according to Guinness) celebrates a milestone anniversary, and does it in *style*!Having owned and played several SRW titles in the past(A, W, T, OG, and OG 2), I'm just happy to have another title in my lineup, and there's no doubt at all that this one's going to be big! I've deliberately been trying to avoid major spoilers, but trust me, you can't POSSIBLY go wrong if you're into turn-based strategy like I am!

Great game. Arrived ahead of time. Only problem, which is not an issue from the seller, is the pre order bonus codes do not work. I have the hong kong account and still no luck.
