Does the job of giving you energy nothing crazy though, but tastes so bad I let my friend try it and he couldn't finish it from how bad It tastes

I've been using Total War for a few years and this is what I've noticed: for myself, the powder veraion has less side effects than the concentrated ready-to-drink liquid version. There is no tingling and jitters. I used one scoop with 13 punce water and can take it 10-15 minutes before staring my workout. The caffeine is sufficient for me when taken in the morning to keep me up throughout the day and let me easily sleep at night. Even after a hard workout, I can't take it in the afternoon/evening as it will disturb my sleep. Watermelon is my favorite flavor so far because it's refreshing and slightly sweet.

This is the worst tasting pre-workout I’ve ever had. It’s barely drinkable. It doesn’t taste like any other watermelon pre-workout that I’ve tried. Doesn’t even really taste like watermelon, it’s basically cough medicine flavored with a slight tinge of melon something. As far as effectiveness.. I’ve never done drugs but I feel like I did a line of something, I want to jump out of my skin. Got it on a whim since it was on sale for $15, never again.

Good pre workout but PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE SCOOP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER. I’ve never had any other brand that you have to make a mess digging for the scoop all the way at the bottom of the pre workout.
