Full honesty, I cannot swallow most, like 95% of pills, so this is great for me. They taste and look nice, they don't feel like you are taking medicine. They were prescribed by my doctor because they contained all the vitamins I need post-surgery. It comes with 170 gummies, with the dose being 2 gummies a day, for a total of 85 days or almost 3 months, so you are getting your money’s worth of gummies.
