Kitchen must have
Perfect bowl scraper. One straight edge for cutting boards and a curved edge for bowls. I use this for bread dough and for sweeping vegetables off a cutting board all the time. It’s firm but a little flexible. And I love being able to just toss it in the dishwasher. At this price point there’s no reason not own several and just rotate them out as needed. I also used one of these to smooth glued-on fabric for a craft project; obviously I won’t use that one for food again but it worked great for that purpose as well.

Exactly what you’d expect
Exactly what you’d expect. Firm plastic but with a little flex. Fairly small, good for small surfaces. Bought them to use with my plastic cutting board without scratching

Great dough scrapers but...
Love these scrapers. Perfect quality, easy to clean and make shaping and scraping bread & pizza dough a breeze when used on the bench. However, they are not flexible enough when trying to get the dough out of a bowl or mixer. Just a tad softer would do the trick.

Perfect in Every Way
The package contains two identical scrapers; each measuring 5 ¼ “ by 3 ½ “. One long side is absolutely flat; the long curved side has an even curve. Some of the edges are beveled on one side. The part where one’s fingers go is roughened as a gripping aid. Each is firm but flexible. Holding one short edge, the other short edge can be bent about ½ “ by applying light pressure on the other short edge. Each scraper has a 3/16“ diameter hole in one corner for easy hanging on a small nail. Each is about the color of elephant ivory i.e. the color of piano keys. There is nothing not to like.

Works amazing for sourdough nice sharp edge. Scrapes and cuts perfectly.
