Great Little Scooter
This scooter is perfect for a growing child. It’s adjustable for a wide array of heights. It is very sturdy and comfortable. The only drawback is that it probably is not solid enough for trick riding.

Awesome Scooter!!!
Excellent Christmas Gift for a ten year old, comes nicely boxed for gifting!! Strong, well built, sturdy and So easy to ride!!! Love how it folds up to carry to the park or a friends house if riding it is not an option!! Also great for storage and hanging it up in the garage!! Smooth quality wheels and perfectly balanced!!! Great for both kids and brave adults, my nephew is going to love his "Santa" Christmas present!! Thank you!!!

Wheel assembly is one unit - consumable
UPDATE: the tire/wheel not holding air issue is common to all pneumatic 8" scooter tires. On this scooter, the wheel is one assembly. Costs ten dollars from Mongoose. Flat rate shipping of 10 dollars (for one or several wheels). For the current price, they should include a couple of spare wheels. The wheels should be considered a consumable; budget or price accordingly. If you get this for your children, and they only go around the block, it may not be an issue.(I will probably buy this again and get a valve stem extender. Will update if that solves the problem.)Mongoose customer service is great ! For that reason, I recommend this brand.NOTE: When comparing brands - this scooter has good ground clearance. It will clear bad sidewalk, rough parking lot surfaces, construction zone if you're careful. The competitor has ground clearance of 1.25"! (The actual measurement, not the functional distance, which is lower.) Catch the front edge of the footplate on an edge of concrete and you will face plant in the ditch - at your travel speed. If you get this - buy the protection plan. Mongoose has sent one new wheel as a "goodwill gesture," and is sending a second wheel under warranty. I've had the scooter about three months. My understanding is that any exchange/replacement/refund must go through Amazon.I took the tire off the old spoke assembly. I can find no evidence of a puncture. It does have a separate inner tube. There is no puncture. It simply will not inflate. Perhaps a problem with the stem? Second flat tire, again, simply will not inflate.Initially, I called this the "Mom Scooter."Not extremely sturdy, but ok for slowly cruising the park/neighborhood on fairly smooth pavement, while keeping an eye on the kids having fun on their dirt scooters (which I definitely recommend, they take a bit of kick power and will tire the kids out).Pros:FoldableLong foot bedAdjustable handlebar heightGood optics to get kids outside scooteringAir tires - better traction than PUSuspensionCons:Lot of flex in the folding stemLow ground clearance, functionally +-1" (But better than other folding scooters.)Long foot bed, see aboveSuspension, wears out, creates "drag"Air tires are too smooth, wear out fast and require standing on the brakeTIRES WILL NOT HOLD AIR !Mongoose was surprised I was riding it, as they consider it a child's (toy) scooter. I weigh 125 lb. I am not overloading the scooter's listed weight capacity. I do not ride on dirt trails, or try to jump curbs or obstacles. For active kids on rough terrain, consider a non folding scooter.

This is a hit in my house
This is a hit in my house! My daughter (age 6) zooms around the house with this scooter. The tires are air filled and super quiet on the floor. There is a spring and provides some cushion on bumps. The handles are narrower and adjustable to pretty tall but not tall enough for a tall adult. It folds up nicely and has a kick stand. The breaks work well. Really nice Scooter!

No More Slips, Falls, and Torn Clothes... But You Might Want to do some SQUATS..!
The suspension system and grippy tires work really well. But one thing you notice right away is the much higher rolling resistance than regular scooter wheels. I bought it because I park on the street when I attend my university karate class, and I don't want to pay $175 per semester for parking.Previously, I'd sustained a couple of cuts, a skinned knee, etc., from falling on one of our regular scooters. I am just terrified of those slippery wheels--especially if the ground is *ANY* kind of wet! This fits the bill perfectly, and almost rides like a bike. This unit is more of an "adult" toy. It looks like a motorized scooter sans the motor. The folding mechanism is uber-smooth--unlike the calisthenics-requiring maneuvers one had to endure to fold the regular scooters. It's also lighter than it looks. But any kind of incline will cause you to have to...really STEP on the "gas," so to speak..!I'm getting used to it. And I'm also recovering from a pulled hamstring. But this isn't a "fast" scooter. Having said that, one feels WAAAAAAY safer on this--even going over water, grass, larger bumps...essentially, anything that would ground or SWOOP! the regular scooters right from under you.I did sustain a flat tire--which I changed the other night. I think I over-inflated a tire in an attempt to reduce the rolling resistance. Be careful with that.

Nicely made
Arrived nicely packaged. This kick scooter is awesome. It is nice and rugged, very well made. This can be used for a nice fun time. It has some nice heavy duty tires and is a very smooth ride. My kids love using this scooter. It is a nice stylish color. This would be a great gift for any kid or adult.

Fun to ride
Fun and fast scooter for a nice ride. I had to air up the tires to adjust weight, but was perfect for the kid and me the parent as well.

My son said he likes the reg scooters
So, we were having problems with reg scooters wheels always hitting bumps and rocks cracks in the sidewalks etc that makes the tiny wheels on scooters not work well like he will fall over....so I thought this scooter would be cooler because it has bike like wheels which would prevent that....it does however my 7yr old says it doesn't ride the same and wants a reg one....ugh....
