Bought this on prime day after reading reviews. Delivery was excellent, kept informed of date and time and delivered by two friendly guys that brought it in for me as it's heavy. We've set it up on new double frame in guest bedroom and even slept on it for two nights, very supportive and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. We were shopping around for a new King Size Mattress, then came across this brand SERWEET, never heard of them before. I wasn't paying over £500, so decided on buying this one, Great Mattress for the price!! I wish it was a little softer, only had it 1 month though, so it will go softer over time, nice and supportive though. Made up i bought it though!!

It is heavy though for anyone not strong to move it round might need help. I think it is very good value for the price paid. It fits single bed very well. No noise either. Overall very pleased it feels strong so hopefully will continue to do so and be as supportive as it is now for a long time for the heavy user

The mattress comes in a compact box and is tightly wrapped, making it easy to transport and is surprisingly small for a full size double mattress.Once you’ve removed the plastic with the included handy film slitter it expands to full size.The mattress was purchased to replace a pocket sprung one which was rather hard - the memory foam top on this is fantastic - so comfortable the only down side is I did not want to get out of bed the first morning!The mattress feels well made and Like it should last. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good nights sleep at a reasonable price. I’m very happy with my purchase.

If you're looking for a supportive mattress then this isn't it, it's very soft but advertised as medium support, I now have to look for a more supportive mattress so wasted money on my part, not amused.

After a couple of months of sleeping on this mattress I can confirm that this is not a good mattress . The memory foam top is very poor quality and you don’t even thinks is there . After a while you can actually start feeling the springs . Also I bought a king size mattress for the standard king size bed I have and the mattress is visibly smaller ( not wide enough) than a king size . I would like to return it , however if it’s the same company who was supposed to collect my old mattress when this one has been delivered , I would rather not . They left me with the mattress even though I paid for the recycling service . The two Asian men told me that they can’t take the mattress because had a few spots and apparently “ Amazon cannot resell it “ . Resell it ? I thought was supposed to be recycled in a responsible manner .

Seems like good quality, still getting used to mattress, only time will tell on durability and long term comfort, good price, easily installed.

I have slept on this mattress for almost two months. I love it now as much as I did when I got it. It is so comfortable to sleep! My back feels so much better with this mattress!! My only complaint, and it is minor, the sides don’t hold up. If you are going to sit on the side of the bed, you have to be careful or you will fall on the floor. That being said, I am super happy with this mattress!

the perfect balance between firm and squishy. super comfortable. no stiff anything after sleeping on it for over half a year. no weird smells upon arrival. a bit late, but great customer service.

We decided to add a small bed in our guest room and didn't want to spend a lot. I ended up sleeping on it for the first time last night due to a snoring hubby. I was shocked how comfortable it is (I normally sleep on a tempurpedic). Great value! Also no smell when we opened it. In the box was a card about registering it for a 10 year warranty on the vendors website.

Bought this mattress for an AirBnb that doesn’t have much room to maneuver a mattress up a flight of stairs. For this reason we needed a mattress that came squished up in a box. Once we removed the plastic wrapping, it quickly took its shape. I’d classify it as medium firm. I slept on it and thought it was just fine. One negative is the sides of the mattress do collapse, so you can’t really sit on the edge and put on your shoes. But overall good mattress for the price. If it lasts 4 years or so, I’d consider it a win.

Its a good medium to firm bed. I added a 3" memory foam topper for a bit more plush on top as the one it has is fairly thin. I get hot at night, but it could be the topper plus I'm at that age of hot flashes so is possibly inevitable.
