It works
It works. I understand people complaining that it didn't came with their device, but it's been really good for my MX Keys Mini. I also got it on a sale.

Just as advertised
Works perfectly. I downloaded the required software from the Logitech website and paired my keyboard and USB. After doing that, I was able to bring the USB to work and use the keyboard with my work computer.

Needed to make MX Anywhere 3S mouse work on my laptop
Logitech Support told me that I needed to buy this in order to make the MX Anywhere 3S mouse function on my laptop, as they claimed the mouse's tendency to drop Bluetooth connection must be the fault of the laptop. Having paid for this second product and after figuring out how to get the mouse connected properly through it rather than through Bluetooth, the mouse is indeed now working flawlessly. This Logi Bolt receiver is the correct product to work with the M Anywhere 3S mouse (pay attention to the model number, the older versions use a different receiver) and it appears well made. It is hard to find the information of how to get the mouse connected via the Logi Bolt USB receiver on Logitech's web site, however, because it is actually included with most of their products which need it, and therefore is pre-connected when purchased. For me, I needed to first remove the MX Anywhere 3S mouse as a Bluetooth device, reboot the laptop, and after that plug the Logi Bolt receiver into my laptop's USB port, install the LogiOptions+ software, and connect the devices through the software. At the end, the laptop regards only the USB receiver as its Bluetooth device, and the mouse works well through it. I wrote an earlier version of this review with a link to the hard-to-find page on Logitech's web site that explains how to do this but apparently that violates community guidelines, so call Logitech support if you need help. By the way, I really think they should have included this receiver with their MX Anywhere 3S mouse, just as they do for the MX Master 3S mouse.

If you have Logi things it is worth it.
It works great when you don't want to have latency or use Bluetooth. I wish it came with Logi stuff. Worth it.

You don't get what you paid for.
Two times or more per workday the Logitech Options+ window will become a purple rectangle with no close/minimize/maximize to click. Must close it from the taskbar or task manager and relaunch. When the app fails in this manner the "flow" KVM functionality of the software fails. When in a working state the software is barely functional. Takes several seconds for it to switch between desktops. I've had this keyboard paired with the MX Master 3S for over a year now. The build quality of the hardware is good while the software is a boat anchor to this otherwise well engineered hardware. I've submitted feedback daily for months and it looks like I'm not the only one having a poor experience. The software would be great if it worked consistently. For now it's maddening. I cannot recommend this product based on the state of their software. Obviously it's not a priority to stand behind that portion of their business anymore. Very disappointing. If logitech has fallen this far I'm afraid to try other's.Updated review. No more than a day after I posted this review. Logitech found a way to make the Options+ software worse. Now there are ads for other Logitech products cluttering up the user interface. Please see attached images. ┻━┻ ︵ヽ(`Д')ノ︵ ┻━┻
