Gear S2 Classic

This watch is what I was looking for... (pedometer, make and receive calls, reminder to get active, etc)! The battery life is subpar (approximately 16hrs max before completely discharged (hence the 4 star rating) and there are not many compatible apps at the time.

This is my second Samsung watch. I got the 3G for the purpose of having a speaker. On my original, I have the dedicated phone line, that has come in handy more that I thought it would. I didn't need that for this one but I had to have at least speaker. I don't know why they didn't make all the models come with a speaker (more money..hmmm???), but the 3G versions do. I don't intend to activate the 3G, but I do have Samsung Pay on my wrist! Since SamPay is still in beta with the 3G models or may never work, this might work better. I couldn't use 3G cellualar with SamPay anyway as they are still having stand alone issues (usual software foolishness from Samsung!) I actually do like Tizen OS better than I do Android Wear, so I got this watch.After you get a well-made smartwatch that does everything, it's hard to go back a watered down version. I have the black classic, wish I had got the platinum but that was my fault. I love the watch. I use the old one for working out and the newer one for dressier occasions. The gear s3 is a bit too large for my taste; this size is perfect for me.

I ordered this watch for my son when he received the watch he couldn't msg on it because the watch happened to locked. We are still in the process of resolving the issue.

Came with a scratch and some dinks but overall works perfect
