Will these pans work on an induction stove with. 8", 6", and 11" burners?

yes they will work very well with the largest cook cook surface being 10 inches at the base. If you decide to purchase them you will enjoy them. it's a very nice set. Good quality for the purchase.

No, care instructions say not to put in dishwasher.

Would adding salt to cold water affect these pots?

Yes it does. Leaves black spots in the bottom. Even if you stir it up. Sending mine back. Not happy
