## Description

A masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the range of specialty coffees. At the touch of a button it prepares the full spectrum of hot drinks from intense espresso to on-trend flat white. It also opens a whole new dimension in the enjoyment of coffee with the introduction of cold brew specialties. This is made possible thanks to the Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognizes the chosen specialty and instantly and precisely adjusts the fineness of grind accordingly. In addition, JURA has developed the pioneering Cold Extraction Process – a quite literally refreshing innovation. In this process, cold water is slowly pulsed through the freshly ground coffee under high pressure. The result is a completely new way of experiencing coffee – refreshing, energizing and with a wonderfully balanced aroma. This outstanding premium coffee machine features a double-speed 4.3" touch display and the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. Thanks to the Specialty Selection menu and artificial intelligence, it’s exceptionally easy and intuitive to use. The technology quantum leap is also reflected in the sculptural design. The convex-concave front panel is visible proof of attention to detail and absolute manufacturing precision. Its high quality makes the Z10 a statement of excellent taste.

Review: Honest Thoughts on the Jura Z10 After Six Months of Daily Use - I’ve been using the Jura Z10 every day for the past six months, and I think it’s about time I shared my real-life experience with fellow coffee lovers considering this machine. It’s a hefty investment, so I wanted to make sure my review is as honest and practical as possible. **Quality and Ease of Use**: Straight off, the Z10 feels solid and well-made, almost like something you’d see in a coffee shop rather than a home kitchen. It's user-friendly and tech-savvy, which I appreciate. I’m a big fan of customization, and this machine lets me tweak my drinks exactly how I like them, especially when it comes to foam! **Maintenance – A Love-Hate Relationship**: Here’s the deal – the Z10 likes to be kept clean, especially if you're using milk. At first, the frequent cleaning felt like a chore, but I’ve come to appreciate it. It’s all automated, so it’s not a hassle, but you do need to stay on top of it. The catch is the ongoing cost of filters and milk system cleaner, but for me, the quality of the coffee justifies it. The cleaning takes nothing... throw in some cleaner and push a button. The milk system cleaning takes 3 minutes so I usually do it while drinking my coffee. It also rises the system after every drink so I keep a cup under it so I don't have to empty the drip tray all the time. The frequent cleaning is what keeps the machine running great and the coffee premium so it's a labor of love... and hardly any labor. **Nice Extras But With A Caveat**: The milk fridge has been a game-changer for my milky coffee drinks, keeping everything conveniently at hand. It's a separate purchase, but I can't imagine not having it. Also, the hot water dispenser is perfect for my tea-drinking moments. But here's a quirk – the machine is quite particular about ingredient levels. If you’re low on beans, water, or milk, it’ll start your drink and then stop midway to tell you to refill, which can be annoying. I’ve learned to check everything before I start brewing to avoid this hiccup. **Final Verdict**: Yes, the price tag made me think twice, and yes, the maintenance can feel a bit much at times. But considering how much I used to spend at Starbucks and how often I use the Z10, I’ve got no regrets. The quality of the coffee, the convenience, and the overall performance make it a worthwhile addition to my daily routine.
Review: If this machine is in your budget go for it! - Our 2005 Jura was top of the line ,we loved it and after all the years hated to make the effort to learn a new pot. But Wow!!!! Just Wow ! Upon arrival the new model was a little intimidating, so we looked up “unboxing” on You Tube. After viewing the video a couple of times we still felt intimidated so used the stop , rewind view again approach. We had also bought the cool milk refrigerator, which required a different video. (Some things about our tech world are wonderful) Everything fit together and it was time to make coffee. We use dial on top to scroll through the screen, rather than scrolling the screen with our fingers. Mainly because we are in our seventies and our fingers are not as flexible as they used to be. After setting the water hardness and the length of time for the machine to remain turned on (we chose 9 hours) we put milk in the cooler. And made our first cup of cappuccino. I have found cappuccino is my favorite selection. I put three tablespoons of a sugar free syrup in my cup. Dial the photo then touch the screen. While it grinds I can make it stronger with more volume . In the morning I like an 8 ounce serving in the evening a 4 ounce. My husband likes the cold brew selection . And the hot water selection for his tea. Clean up is a breeze . I put a plastic cover on the milk container , put that container in the refrigerator over night. Turn off the milk cooler for the night. Remove the connection tube . Turn my sink faucet on a fine stream of hot water. Put a drop of dishwashing soap on the tip end of the tube let the hot water run through it, for a minute or two. Then I put the tube inside the turned off cooler , lock the top on with its key. After cleaning the milk cooler I empty and wash the tray on the Jura pot, refill the water and coffee. So the next morning everything is ready to go again. I love this new Jura . It is so easy to use, and the coffee is delicious. Hope my review gives you the confidence to go for it .

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can anyone actually confirm if the Aluminum/White model is actual aluminum, no one specifies the true material/to justify the higher price?**
A: The front panel of this model is actually aluminum.

**Q: How many coffee can you do per hour ? Is it good for professional use ?**
A: It is a great machine. However, I don’t think it would work for professional use. It holds a lot of beans and each coffee only takes 15 to 30 seconds to make. However after 10 to 15 coffees both drip tray containing excess water and coffee grinds must be emptied. Also the water capacity is about 10 coffees. It is fast to do all this but still!

**Q: Why is the black one $300 cheaper ?**
A: I have the black one and I can only guess. There’s a LOT of plastic on the black one. The white says aluminum, maybe the front is less plastic and actual aluminum? Also, I was able to snag mine for $2,600 on Amazon (using price pulse app to watch for deals). It makes great coffee, but at $3,600 I wouldn’t feel the value is worth it.

**Q: What are the differences between the model 15348 and 15361 as both of them are Aluminum White with different manufacture date?**
A: The Jura Z10 15348 is a 230v model made for Europe and other parts of the world.
The Z10 15361 is the correct model for North America and is the only one warrantied in this market, providing you buy from an Authorized Jura Dealer.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! (but not perfect)
*by R***X on August 12, 2024*

I have had the Z10 and milk chiller for 8 months now. It has made 2000 coffees and not a single issue. I do not regret such an expensive investment. I do maintenance when the machine tells me to, and I use Jura products for the maintenance. I use whole milk in the chiller and Lavazza Super Crema beans in the machine. The Good * makes great coffee * maintenance isn’t too bad * no mechanical issues * easy to use The Neutral * coffee sizes are small * adjusted presets on most all drinks to increase volume. After adjustment a latte is still around 7oz. * adjusted/increase preset milk temperature to max for each drink otherwise coffee wasn’t hot enough (no universal milk temperature setting - must be set per drink) (default milk temperature is too low - drinks finish warm and not hot) * spend average of 20 min per week on maintenance (changing water filter, cleaning milk head, cleaning milk chiller, cleaning cycle on machine). Do each as machine tells me to, and using Jura products only. Costs maybe $15-20/month. The Bad * wifi just doesn’t work. Don’t even bother, app doesn’t work without wifi. No remote functionality. * emptying drip tray is frequent; could use a larger tray. * the cost of the machine * the beans stick and don’t naturally fall into grinder. I stir them periodically to get them to fall. Update: we loved the Z10 so much we decided to get another automatic machine for our second home. However we got a Delonghi Rivelia which is around $800 instead of $3000 because we aren’t there very often. This machine isn’t available yet in America, but I wanted to compare the two. I have to say the coffee in the Rivelia is just as good and perhaps hotter than the Jura. The Jura with milk chiller has it beat in convenience - it is a true press one button and take your coffee. With the Rivelia you store your milk cartridge in the fridge, so you take it from the fridge, snap it in, choose your coffee, adjust the milk froth setting, take your coffee, put a second cup under, turn the milk dial to clean, then empty the milk cleaning water out of your second cup, put milk back in the fridge, then enjoy your coffee. So for $2200 you save a few extra steps. I haven’t had the Rivelia long enough to judge reliability. The Jura is going over a year making many coffees a day without a hiccup (with me doing all maintenance as the machine tells me to do it). I’m impressed with the Rivelia and its price. It has more steps but makes a great coffee and is less than 1/4 of the price. If budget is a primary factor I would do the Rivelia all day long. I’m enjoying both machines with no regrets with either one.
