Creality CR-10 Smart Wi-Fi Fast Printing 3D Printer

Purchased this printer. It’s well within the 1 year warranty and the screen is broken. When I tried contact Creality with all of the details they require, they blocked my email address and any attempt to fix is met with Chinese text. Not worth it.

Bought one of these at Microcenter and within 24 hours I've determined not only will it be going back, but I will never be purchasing another Creality product again.Where to start?1) The "Smart" part of this printer is that it does auto bed leveling. Supposedly. By relying on auto bed leveling, I have managed to destroy all three of the brass print heads the printer came with.2) There's no way to manually adjust leveling yourself. None. Zero. If the junk auto leveling fails, you're screwed without making physical modifications to the device to add in adjustment screws and springs.3) Nowhere in the manual does it describe how to perform a firmware update. Nowhere on the site does it explain which firmware package to download. Apparently you need to be connected only to a windows PC, with the main power unplugged. Didn't try, because I'm done lugging this thing around my house.4) They charge 500 dollars but can't run spellcheck on their manual. There are the to be expected grammatical mistakes, but nobody could manage to press that spellcheck button in MS Word before publishing. Yikes.

I'm giving this printer 4 stars because there's a pretty good chance there will be something that needs attention.. Common problems are non responsive screens and more simple things like a borken filament holder. Not all have these issues but the good news is if you do have a problem customer support is excellent. They go above and beyond to make things right whether it be tech support or sending replacement parts. Once all the kinks are worked out if by chance you get a machine that has any, it really is an excellent printer that requires very little assembly and works very well out of the box.

I love this 3D printer, use it almost everyday.adhesion wasn’t that good, I tried to print a 16hours print but failed multiple time, but short time print it’s fine.Easy to setup and easy to use.
