This frame is highly recommended on several review sites so I decided to try it first when looking for an electronic frame. I love it! It is so easy to work with and add and remove pics. Vivid display, even with poor quality photos. Self adjusts sizes or you can manually do it. This has been a great addition to my den and i am enjoying seeing photos i have not seen in years as it scrolls through.

Purchased a frame as a gift for relative in Mexico. She loved it! I can upload infinite pictures & videos to share with her. Bought second frame a year later for my wife. She loves it too. Single login for both devices, easy to setup and manage - can set timer for hours of operation too. That said, shortly after purchasing the second frame, the first quit working (about 1.5 years after purchase). Customer service agents replaced the frame at no cost to me. A rarity these days. They were very professional, personable and efficient. I am extremely happy with the frames and the company. Highly recommended ;-)

I wish I knew about this digital frame sooner. Bought it for my 87-year old father who is now living in an assisted living facility. I sent out some text invites to family and his friends so they could add photos and now there are just under 300 photos spanning over 70 years displayed via his frame. Incredibly easy for anyone to add photos and the picture is great. And via the app you can see how each picture will look in the frame and it’s easy to resize a photo to suit your preference. Great digital frame.

Easy to assemble. Display size is fine. You may add photos from your phone quite easily and allow contacts access. Options on the frame are vertical or horizontal as well as having single or double photos viewed.

I got this for the wife for Christmas. It has beautiful quality and simple setup. I thought about getting one also for the in laws and have them all linked together but wasn't sure how easy the "gift setup" would be. Still not totally sure but we plan on getting another one. App is very easy to use. Uploading pictures takes less than 10 seconds to go from selecting add to seeing pictures on screen. You can crop the picture easily. Portrait pictures do have the black sides, unless you crop. My only complaint is the app does automatically center the pictures but some are literally the center and cuts off heads, instead of a smarter type where it tries to keep the people in the picture centered or whatever your trying to take a picture with. I have had to crop the picture and fix it, it's not hard just annoying when your uploading a ton of pictures. All in all great quality and even has a power saver when the lights are off it goes off. Not obnoxiously bright either. I would totally recommend it to others, like I said we are getting another for the in laws to easily see our uploads.

I LOVE this frame. I researched for several months and the quality is outstanding. The price is worth it. The app is extremely easy to use. I deducted one star because I wanted to exchange for different color frame and Amazon customer service sent me to the vendor. Vendor said no exchanges (even though I was still well within the window) and sent be back to Amazon. I gave up. Still love the frame though!

Bilderrahmen ist sehr schnell geliefert worden. Hat drei unterschiedliche Steckdosenadapter. Lässt sich schnell und einfach einrichten und mit Fotos befüllen. Das perfekte Geschenk.

Habe den Rahmen für meinen Bruder gekauft und bei mir zu Hause erfolgreich mit der Aura App usw. erfolgreich zum laufen gebracht. Was dann folgte ist nur noch Zeitverschwendung, und für einen Laien nicht nachvollziehbar. Bei meinem Bruder versuchten wir den Rahmen wie in der App erklärt es mit dem WLAN zu verbinden. Mein Bruder hat den gleichen Telekom Router und Internet Leistung wie ich. Wir haben Stundenlang probiert es zu verbinden , nichts ging es wurde angezeigt das sich der Rahmen nicht mit einem 5GHz Netzwerk verbinden lässt. Darauf folgten umständlche erklärungen vom Kunden Support usw., wo man im Prinzip ein Studium für bräuchte um diesen umständlichen Anweisungen zu folgen. Desweiteren kann mann den Kunden Support der Aura App nur auf dem Handy anschreiben, da es mit dem PC ( Windows 10 ) nicht kompatibel ist. Alles sehr viel Zeit verschwendung, und das alles ohne Erfolg, deshalb geht der rahmen wieder zurück. Kleine Anmerkung für die Aura App Ersteller: Absolut unübersichtlich, schlechter Kunden Support, die App müßte grundlegend Kundenfreundlicher sein, und auch alles insgesamt einfacher .
