Love the way this tastes! Doesn’t even taste like medicine and it’s better than taking capsules or liquid forms!

Unlike most medicines this tasted very good but at the same time VERY Effective. It is rare to find a product like this that is inexpensive and yet super effective. Helped me sleep very well, relieved, stuffy nose, and severe bodyaches with in 15min. Soothed throat instantly while sipping on it.

I have been using Theraflu Nighttime Severe Cold and Cough for years as my go to, "cures-all-that-ailsya". If I need to breath, stop coughing and sleep through the night, it is what I use. This Amazon Basic Care Nighttime Severe Cold, Flu and Cough Suppressant is the same thing at a fraction of the cost. It is less than half of the price of the name brand and works just as well for me. I keep this stuff on my subscribe and save so I have a back stock of it. I have recommended it to many over the years and basically everyone I have likes it for the same reasons. It works and does not transport me to an alternate reality or leave me feeling like I got hit by The Furthur the next day. If you have a single symptom, it may not be what is right at the moment but for me, I always have body aches and back pain. I am usually at least a little congested. There are plenty of times when I have a difficult time falling asleep. So more times than not, these are a great option. They also travel and store well. No messy bottle with the cap you are spose to lick clean and save. Yuck. They also have a pleasant taste compared to the liquid stuff. I either mix it up with a very small amount of hot water and slam it. OR, I will make a full on tea with it and sip it, while breathing the vapors. Great stuff all around and recommend it to anyone!

It has a weird after taste but it’s not a terrible alternative to Theraflu. Especially if you’re looking for a cheaper brand. It helped somehow so it’s not a total lost cost.

works like name brand

My husband was a super devoted user of the name brand of this whenever he got a bad cold/flu. Recently he got sick and I ran out to pick some up and it was literally $13.99 at the drugstore. I was able to order the Amazon brand using Same Day delivery for less than half that and he said he worked just as well as the name brand if not better (he said he actually thinks it was stronger bc he felt a little groggy in the morning, but he said it may be bc he hasn’t used it since they came out with the “new formulation”). I’m adding this to our Subscribe and Save order now because there’s no reason for me ever to buy the name brand again!
