Outstanding product! Sooner or later, you or someone in your family is going to need these icepacks / hotpacks. You will be so-so-so glad you have them. I certainly was! They are incredibly well-made, and they are super fast to freeze or heat.This weekend for 48 hours, I used them for cold packs for a dental implant that failed. I put both packs in the freezer, and 60 minutes later the icepacks were ready to use. 10 minutes on/ 10 minutes off to prevent swelling and reduce pain. The icepack easily lasted me a hour. I had it wrapped in a very soft microfiber towel.While the set does come with a blue fabric case to enclose the icepack, it was not as nice and soft against my cheek as my microfiber lavender hair towel (from Amazon, of course). That said, the blue fabric case supplied w/the 2 icepacks does have a nice elastic band on it. I can see that would be very handy for keeping the pack in place against a wrist or ankle or knee, etc.Today I’m using one of the packs as a heat pack against my cheek to speed the healing and improve blood flow to the implant’s extraction site. Aaah! So glad I can very quickly heat one in the microwave. It takes about 50 seconds to heat up.My .02… get these BEFORE you need them. Because sooner or later you or someone in your family will need them to ease the pain and promote healing. Fortunately Amazon delivered them to us in less than 24 hours! Great product, great price!

I probably wrote a review for this soon after I bought it but about six months have passed now. This is a great product. the pouch with a large wrap around strap and solid velco seal work great for placing it solidly just about anywhere on my body, bend knee, around my lower back or just arm, leg or shoulder. With two inserts there is always one spare ready in the freezer and they hold there "cold" great. It just is super for aches and pains. The two pack with a great strap and attached pouch make this a life saver.

The product is good however instructions were iffy. There was no information about how to attach the loose end of the band on the open end of the compress wrap. It took a while to figure it out on my own. Also the microwave heating of the compress was spotty no matter how many extra minutes I gave it to go from cold to warm. There was always a spot that didn't warm up. Perhaps the compress should not go from freezer cold to be warmed up, but should be at room temperature first. Otherwise it was a life saver as a cold compress.

These work well and I have been very happy with this product. Needed to use ice packs on my injured back and these did the trick. Much easier to use than a plastic bag filled with ice. Pop the gel packs in the freezer for an hour or so and they are ready to use. Can freeze and use over and over again. Be sure to order the large size belt if you wear a large size shirt.

This is exactly what I needed. The included sleeve makes it easy to wrap it around my arms, legs or feed as needed and it always stays in place. The ice pack has a very comfortable cloth like surface and it's just the right thickness to keep the ice from being too cold on your skin. I just wish there were two sleeves included.

I’ve used this ice pack set for a few days now and I’m really impressed by a few things in particular:1. How long the ice lasts compared to other ice packs.2. How many places I can use this ice pack. Wasn’t sure if I could wrap around my shoulder, but I ended up wrapping under my arm and then around the top and it worked great!3. I like how much more filling is in these packs compared to others.4. I love that it comes with two packs because I always forget to freeze one right away!

Excellent ice/hot pack and strap. So far we have used as ice and it fits perfectly and no leak and met our expectations. We have not tried as hot pack but we expect it would perform as it indicated.
