Stonewall Kitchen Truffle Aioli, 10.25 Ounce

We recently had a burger at a restaurant that was really good, and the menu listed it had a truffle aioli on it, so my wife went on a mission to find some. She picked a few here on Amazon and I narrowed it down to this. While not the cheapest by any means, it seemed to have the best looking ingredient list, not full of sugars and syrups and un-necessities. When the package arrived, it was packed beyond belief in a heavy duty double-walled box that was almost difficult to open haha! But the jars were safe inside. Had to open it to try it out immediately! This aioli is very thick, like a thick mayo paste, not runny or liquidy at all. And it packs a smooth but bold flavor to it! We made homemade burgers and I incorporated about 2-3 tablespoons into a pound of ground Wagyu and seasoned with course black pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder. Then after flipping the burgers, added another schmear across the top. Topped with some sauteed shitakes and YOWZA!! Those were some mighty fine burgers!! Recommended as we'll for sure be buying this again!

There must be someplace close to where I live to get this stuff, but I do not know where. First of all not all truffle products taste the same. Many are weak in actual truffle flavor. This is superior. This has a wonderful aroma and definite taste that makes this aioli fabulous. It is great on sandwiches, dipping french fries and all matter of food. Every time I order it, I order at least 2. It's important to not run out. In general, Stonewall Kitchen products are exceptional quality and this aioli is top notch.

After having great Aioli at a restaurant I decided to buy some to have at home, my first choice was the store bought kind (every grocery store around here only has 1 brand of Aioli) and it was pretty terrible so I knew that I had to check elsewhere. After checking on Amazon I found this brand of Aioli and although expensive, I decided to give it a shot since I figure you get what you pay for and there aren't a lot of options out there. After trying the aioli warm as soon as it arrived (was pretty excited to try it) I was worried that it wasn't what I was looking for, but decided to refrigerate it since this is something that would normally be served cold anyway. I have since tried this on sandwiches, fries, onion rings, burgers, and many other things and I have to say, it's Amazing. It makes things taste so much better and adds just what I was looking for. I have already placed an order for more since my wife and I have both been going through it so quickly. If you are looking for Aioli, this is the aioli that you want to buy.

Not sure why you have to buy two of these, but it is so good on anything that I'm sure to be back for more.

Perfect with Fries and/or Ribeye Steak! The flavor is strong, and wonderful! I'd suggest pairing with a white wine and enjoying! I have not yet used on a burger, but I could easily see how it would do quite nicely. I would "not" suggest having on a burger with a tomato, I think they would clash. Enjoy during CoVid-19 for a nice relaxed night watching movies and eating fries. This is very smooth texture, strong flavor and thick. Not runny at all! Very balanced out in the texture dept. Enjoy!... PS My wife does not like horseradish so she didn't like this. It does have a "hint" (not strong to me) of horseradish in it.

I wish I could write a this is great and fantastic story but maybe it was just not meant to be for me. Both jars came with the aioli “broke” so I have received yucky curdled oil. I might try to “fix” it or strain and use the oil. Such a shame and mega disappointment!

I am so tired of buying things that promise truffle flavor or smell.... And if I jam my nose into them and don't think about anything else, I might detect some truffle aroma (but it might be the power of suggestion). This is rich with truffle flavor -- and having spent probably a few hundred dollars on every sort of product that clearly include so little truffle (because truffles are too expensive for the poor manufacturer to actually include in any discernible quantity), this is the best in show. Aioli and truffle -- one of the few things that can consistently make me feel luxuriously indulged.
