It's usage.
The NPK is in the powdered form, can be used as foliar application. The bone meal contains pieces instead of fragments of bones, which has to be careful while mixing. Both are easy to use.

Bone meal is no good
Bone meal in the packet contains big partially crushed bones. When put in to plant, all big bones are visible. I don’t think this product is worth buying.
