As someone prone to headaches I find taking one of these daily really helps. I also take one if I feel a headache starting. Also great to take if you've been active.

The capsules are a great addition to my routine, especially when following a low-carb or fasting lifestyle. They work quickly to replenish essential electrolytes like sodium, potassium, and magnesium, helping to prevent the common symptoms of fatigue and muscle cramps that can occur with ketosis or fasting. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy levels and hydration. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the dosage is straightforward, but I did find the formula a little on the strong side in terms of its effects initially. Additionally, I would have preferred a more natural taste for the capsules—though it’s not a huge issue as the benefits outweigh it. Overall, a highly effective product that supports hydration and electrolyte balance, especially when on a keto or fasting regimen. I’ve deducted one star for the taste, but it’s still a great supplement.

If you are doing no carb or fasting or both these are good strong and I couldn't take the 2 recommend.

Bought while doing keto. After 20 mins I could taste salt at the back of my throat. Price point was ok and easy to swallow.

These are great. I used them on a few 3 days fast and they keep leg cramps away, where other electrolytes tablets have failed to. I do need to take them for the daybagter I fast too. Really happy with them. I think I'll take a few with me on long hikes too especially on hot days.

They’re a little overpriced when you buy them separately, plus includes calcium which you don’t want to take with magnesium.
