I had bought another pilates ring and it was too flimsy, as many are. This one is incredible quality, and for such a good price! It feels like an expensive one but it is not. Great for all of the exercises I need to do!

It is a smaller diameter than the ones at my gym and seems easier for my senior muscles to use!

My physical therapist recommended this product and it works better than a ball for instance and it’s really sturdy

I took a few Pilate classes via a Groupon, and really enjoyed not only the classes, but the very nice facility. The problem is that continuing at full price is very expensive, way to expensive for me. So I purchased Winsor Pilates Sculpting Circle for beginners, and this fitness ring. The combination has been invaluable to swiftly gaining strength, and feeling more fit. I plan on purchasing the more advanced DVD now that I'm getting better at this. I like the circle because the resistance seems to hasten results. I learned about the circle during my Pilates classes, and have also purchased a theraband, and soon will add to my collection with other Pilates fitness items. In short, I'm hooked on Pilates, and really like the fitness ring as a tool for increasing my fitness level, which was nil before I started.

This pilates ring was relatively inexpensive, so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s not as comfortable as the professional one at the gym and it’s smaller. It is OK for my home workout and my size, but next time II will buy the professional ring.

It's squishier than the ones at Club Pilates but I like that about it. My hamstrings are super tight so this gives me a little extra working room.

I am rehabbing from knee surgery and have an exercise hat a thigh master or small playground ball would work.At this price point, the reviews on thigh masters sucked and playground balls are nowhere to be found at a good price.I gave this a try and it is doing the job fabulously, the exercise requires slow steady pressure and it does just that. I am 6 ft 225 and can apply a fair amount of torque and the unit is standing up.Once I do my leg reps I then doe chest and shoulder reps as an added bonus.
