Love love love!! Have made a dozen of the recipes...no one else would know they are egg free!!. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I got this recently to start baking more with my little one who has an egg allergy. So far I have made the Banana Crumb bread and the chocolate chip cookies and both are delicious! I actually prefer this banana bread over others I have made both sigh and without egg. It will be my new go to. The chocolate chip cookies baked up perfectly and I guarantee no one would ever be able to tell they are eggless. 5 star! Highly recommended!

I've made so many recipes from this book and the authors blog. I am a seasoned baker when it comes to traditional recipes as well as eggless now.Every recipe I've tried from this author has turned out absolutely delicious and just as good as the recipes I used to use with egg in them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any baking book this author puts out in the future!My favorites recipes are the eggless swiss meringue buttercream recipes. They actually behave and taste like traditional Swiss meringue buttercream!

This cookbook is a Godsend for anybody managing egg allergies or sensitivities! My toddler has an egg allergy and I felt so low that he couldn’t enjoy baked goods, until I found this book! The recipes are clear and easy to understand and the ingredients are also simple - and found at most stores! You probably already have many in your kitchen. Seriously buy the book, you will not regret. Even if we overcome the allergy, I plan to continue using these recipes as they are scrumptious!

Baked the vanilla blueberry cake, with some revisions because I didn't have buttermilk used yogurt and added 1/4 cup of water recipe called for 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk, I'm giving it a 4 for texture but a 3 for flavor, it is missing flavor, it is not too sweet so it is perfect to add a glaze. I will update with recipe followed to the T

Love how easy the recipes are to follow and the end results taste amazing. I have made a couple of recipes from this book and loved them!

Got this as a gift for a friend with an egg allergy and she loves it! Would definitely recommend

I bought this cookbook because my grandson is allergic to eggs and I was thinking about making his first birthday cake. So I tried the vanilla birthday cake recipe. It took longer to bake. It raised appropriately in the oven but deflated when cooled so it was dense. I didn’t like the flavor. It tasted like play dough.I’m not gonna give up. I’ll try another recipe in the book.

I bought this for a family member who loves to bake but is developing an intolerance to eggs. She was so excited! It’s a beautiful book and made for a great gift.

Has variety of recipes. Most noteworthy thing is the description about set of utensils required for baking.

We have only tested three recipes so far, yet all three were truly delicious. I also had my friends taste test the three different foods. Given that THEY are great cooks and bakers, it was awesome to hear they not only enjoyed the desserts, they even wanted the recipes.I am so thankful someone went to all the work of creating/developing and sharing eggless recipes! This is a great investment if you have an egg allergy.

Bought as a gift. Friend did not like it.
