The five stars is for the brand and consistency of their pods. In general, I'm an huge fan. Be advised, however, that the "Il Caffe" tastes rather smoky, and not in a good way... rather like a low-grade, spent cigar. "Diavolitto" is preferable here, but wasn't available overnight this order. I was out and I took a chance. All the pods were out of their 5 boxes and in my pod drawer before I'd realized my mistake. Easier to suck it up than to return. :-P

In love with the espresso! The taste is rich, bold flavor with crema to top it off! It provides a good amount of caffeine to add to one’s coffee for a necessary drink. Plenty of capsules included in the pack and enough to run twice for more caffeine.

These Nespresso Vertuo Altissio pods are seriously good if you like your espresso strong and flavorful with that nice foamy top. They're super consistent and easy to use with the Vertuo machine, perfect for a quick, powerful shot or a latte. Just a heads-up, they're pretty intense and won't work in the other Nespresso machines. But if you want a real espresso kick, these are it!

Great value vs. buying it direct from Nespresso and faster shipment.

I accidently ordered the wrong flavor. I am more a fan of the "Il Caffe" flavor.They are hopefully fixing the EBT/SNAP issue that isn't currently allowing the Il Caffe to be purchased with that payment method soon.The pricing and delivery time is better here than ordering directly from Nespresso, and the are VERY difficult to find the flavors you are looking for in stores.Definitely recommend!
