Why did you pick this product vs others?: Um it's a key pouch. Does the trick and was cheaper than buying direct from McGard especially with their shipping.

Small, clearly marked and great for storing Lug Nut Key. Easy to find and connect to Tire iron wrench/ other bolts etc. Always a pain having a loose key rolling around, having to remember to tell service center where it is. This is very clearly labeled and easy to store (small size and an elastic loop that is fairly thick - clearly designed for tire wrench connection. Only disappointment was when I registers the lock set on McGuard; the storage bag is only $4.55 on their site and includes free shipping if can wait 7-10 days. As it is relatively cheap anyway perhaps this would not bother some people. However, I could have waited to save a few dollars.

Looks like the older model had a nice YKK zipper. This version does not. Since it wont get a ton of use since I only need for tire rotations or in the event of a flat, I don't see the zipper quality being an huge issue. The size is just right, even for those longer splined lugs. Even room for a deep well socket if you have and after market wrench that uses one. The elastic sleeve fits my Gorilla Lug wrench nicely. For the $5.32 price tag... I would say this is a good deal! Going to by my wife one too!

This is a great item if you drop off your car for repair somewhere, and you FORGET you have wheel locks. Your technician (or spouse) will look for the tool, and this well-labeled bag will make it easy to locate. You can keep it in your glove box, center console, or with your lug wrench in the trunk area. IF you remember to get it out for your technician, just lay it in a cup holder and they’re sure to spot it! Great value for what it does for you. Heavy nylon bag with a good quality zipper, and easy to spot WHEEL LOCK KEY written on it. Money well spent.

La compré obviamente para guardar el adaptador de seguridad de las tuercas de mi vehículo. Yo uso 2 adaptadores, uno, el típico adaptador de seguridad y otro de 3.5" de largo para tuercas "spline" delgadas y largas. La bolsa acepta bien ambos. Pero puedo ver que quizá no va a tener una vida larga porque está hecho de una tela muy delgada y considerando que se guarda en un lugar donde está en constante roce con otras herramientas, creo que no va a durar. Pero por lo pronto todo bien. Ya reportaré como va, luego del primer año de uso dentro de la bolsa de herramientas de mi vehículo.
