Delli AldoGustavo M606001PL Men's Western Style Snipe-Toe High Ankle Dress Boots

Not at all what I was expecting, thought they were ankle length cowboy boot style, but they really are 'elfish'. Some reviewers described it as 'elfish', I thought they were exaggerating, but no it really is elfish, the toe area sticks out and curls up like an elf shoe. Very disappointed, had to return them, no way I could wear them in public. But they look like they were well made and it fit good. Bottom line, a well made, good fitting elfish shoe if you are into that. I think if they put pictures up with people wearing them, maybe I would not made the mistake.

I loved these boot when I saw them on line. I ordered them and they came quickly. They fit well with one exception. The toe of the boot extended around 3 inches longer than any of my other shoes or boots. They looked funny, so I decided to send them back. The company was very quick to respond and send a return label. But, I have written a book about some tiny people and it has been published by a publishing company and will be out soon. The boots look like something the characters in the book would wear, so my wife talked me into keeping them, calling them my "Whojiwhajit" boots, which is also the title of the book. So I'm keeping them and wearing them to book signings. I would purchase from this seller again, but first I would ask them about the length of the shoes or boots I'm ordering. Overall, a very good experience with the seller.

Looks great on. Fits true to size. Pic isn't exactly representative of the product, as with the brown there really isn't that much of a contrast between the calf and the toe of the shoe that's pictured. It's more of a texture thing, the colors are the same.I've been wearing Delli Aldo for a while, especially the boots because of the fashion forward look. These are not boots that you will get extended use out of. Much like Aldo, you buy these for the look, not the longevity. You'll get a season out of them for sure which works for me. The main wear points tend to be the sole, so if you really wanted to you could always replace the sole, but for the price you might as well just grab a new pair. No issues with the fit, never had an issue with smell out of the box. Here's to another season with new Delli Aldo's.

LOVE THESE BOOTS! I’m quite the shoe/boot fanatic, but I’m very picky as to style and quality. Aldo has always been one of my top picks for many years and these boots still prove why. Excellent styling, quality leather, sturdy sole, and comfortable. I typically take a 10 1/2 but rarely will you find half sizes in designer labels. Aldo tends to run a bit big so if you even wear an 11 normally you may want to go one size down. I ordered size 10 and as expected they are much closer to an 11 (get a cheap set of insoles and they’ll fit perfectly if you need half sizes like me). Since their arrival at my home (a day early I might add!) I’ve worn them to start breaking them in and been given overwhelming amounts of compliments on how great they look. I got the brown color which is a medium-dark tan in reality but look amazing! If you’re not into a pointed extended toe on a boot you’ll be disappointed as these do have elongated points. As always, I’m very happy with yet another pair of Delli Aldo’s!

I bought these boot 2 times, hoping that the second time around would be just right. The company said to buy these boots a size smaller, because they run big. Not true at all. They are long, but they are most certainly to tight. They also run to narrow. Which causes the boot to be to tight. I do not know what positive advice to give to anyone buying this boot. Not satisfied at all. The worse part about this is that the company was not even kind enough to pay for the return. Although they are the one's to stated the advertisement to buy the boots, a size smaller. Not good customer satisfaction at all.

As suggested I ordered a 9.5, a size down from what would be a 10.5 and though my feet are wide. There was actually room to spare - this is not a bad thing, for this allows the use of additional pad insoles+Without the added pads my feet painfully slid around inside. SO GET SOME PADS. The extra long KEEBLER* styling will take some getting used to. Perhaps they will become entranced by some elfin magic!:)UPDATE: Sadly the magic is naught - just too painful, tried to give away nobody wanted em'. So I chucked em' The quality was 4-STARS, but the fit was 1-STAR.*NO AFFILATION TO DELIGHTFUL KEEBLER PRODUCTS.

Nice boots, well made - unfortunately, I didn't heed the warnings from other reviews and ordered my actual size, which ended up being too large. My job involves a lot of driving and short periods of walking around building sites. After one full day, I found that the boots rubbed the back of my heel and my ankle at two different spots. These are great Sunday-go-to-church boots, and just about nothing else. They will probably sit in my closet for the next few years until I decide to toss them.

A little loose around the ankle. The boots arrived on time. Upon opening the shoe box I was expecting what had been pictured what I had gotten was close but not exact. I will be retuning theses if possible and seeing if I can can get a pair close to that pictured

The shoes look nice but the size 12 is more like size 13 or even bigger.

They don’t lie when they say it fits big, order 1 size smaller than your size. Great product though, is a bit lighter than the picture shows

Fit Great.I was a bit skeptical about ordering a size smaller. So I ordered my regular size(13) and they fit perfectly.
