I highly highly recommend this product to anyone who sometimes from time to time gets a few face dark spot you will see results within a month . If apply every night .

I paid alot of money for this and was very dissapointed , I saw NO improvement of my skin.

The dark spot remover works. I have used it so many times. I always come back to this product because I see results within 2 weeks. You have to apply everyday . Be consistent

This is a generous sized tube of lotion that will last a long time. I've been using it on the back of my hands to fade age spots. It goes on thick and is very moisturizing. It has a strong but pleasent scent but it dissipated quickly. It will take awhile to notice if it is working but so far it looks promising. I'll update the review as I empty the tube. Update: I've rubbed a small dab on the back of each hand every night for several weeks and the results are dramatic. My age spots are faded to the point that they are only noticable upon close inspection. I realize I will need to continue applying daily to keep them at bay, but after years of trying at least a dozen methods, it's so pleasent to actually find something that really works. My hands no longer give away my age! Updated: The product is expensive but the tube lasted almost five months. My age spots are not completely gone as I had hoped but certainly a vast and very noticable reduction. Definitely worth a try.

Well, first of all, these kinds of products can’t be reviewed after short term usage. They need time to work, and when the price is expensive it will probably be the last product someone tries, instead of the first. I’ve tried a few, none with any measurable results. Of course, as with most things, we’d be happy to pay any price for something that works . Also, the definition of “ dark spot “ is different for different people. I have some from sun damage on my face and a few beginning to show on my hands from aging most likely. I also know that most long term skin repair must be done from the inside, very few ingredients can get through all the layers of skin. ( Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid are two that can ) So I’ll give it a fair try, and I’ll be thrilled to come back and report any good news I have. I’d be skeptical that the before and after photos in this ad were achieved by someone with home care products only, but we’ll see. It’s a big price and big claims, so I’m hoping for the best.

I have been using this for several weeks now. I started using it at night but later realized it is fine to use in the morning also. I apply it after washing in the morning and later apply my make up over it. The texture is nice and it has a moisturizing quality. It feels good on my skin. I am certain I am seeing some of my spots lighten. Some of the more stubborn spots I will need to continue working on. Overall I am pleased with this.

I tried to order the dark spot remover with hydroquinone from MDacne and they said they were sold out and directed me to buy it here but I just opened up and looked at the ingredients and there is zero hydroquinone in it. I would have NEVER spent this much money on the "deritive" Arbutus. I'm very disappointed.

I have been using this now for three weeks, once a day, on a dark spot near my eye and another dark spot on my arm (both from sun damage and both of which I've had for years. I DO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE! Didn't see any change for the first two weeks, but over this past week there has been a definite lightening. While I don't expect them to completely disappear, I'm delighted with the progress.
