Edit: I like this fan way to much to leave the one star review in place. I still stand by my original reasoning but can't help liking and even emphatically recommending this fan based on how well it works and the overall look and feel of the build quality. At the second of 10 speeds the sound from the fan itself is hard to discern although there is a very noticeable woosh from the air itself flowing through the opening of the tube on my desk. Even at this low speed it seems to provide enough ventilation for me. Original review (1 star): Ignore the noise ratings and probably any claims really. It's a fan. It sounds like a fan and moves air like a fan. The whisper soft 29dba or w/e it is supposedly rated for is more like 70+ in reality. Based on how grossly that was misrepresented I can only imagine the airflow and power ratings are likewise no where near reality. That all being said, I really like the fan I received. It's not what was advertised but I pretty much expected that going in so... The noise is pretty loud at mid to high settings but is mostly a loud but soft woosh sound and with the hose attached I doubt it would bother most people. I plan to use it for venting solder fumes and it will likely be plenty powerful at it's lowest settings which is actually almost silent to it's credit, although customer service on their website flatly stated the unit was tested for sound at max speed with hoses off. Can't give it 5 stars because the fan does not live up to the promises in the listing, but it's a pretty good fan none the less, just know what you are getting into. If you need to rely on the specific performance data for any reason I would suggest buying something legit, otherwise if you just need a fan this one's pretty decent.

This inline fan is sturdy and very quiet! I am using it to ventilate a 3d printing space and it mounted easily to the bottom of a table and moves a very high volume of air, keeping the room free of particulates. The included remote allows you to set the fan speed with a lot of granularity. Maybe the only drawback is that the fan remote requires a cable connection and that cable is short.

These AC Infinity fans are really a great fan. They pull the smoke out and work really well. I have purchased 3 of these in the past for different applications and they all work very well! They are not really heavy, they stay put on the floor or you can mount them with the mounting bracket. They are easy to use, have a remote and do what they are intended to do. I did not use them for temperature control only for an exhaust fan. They value for these is really good also as they are not really expensive for this type of fan! I highly recommend these fans.

This fan has worked well for the fresh air system in our home. I do admit as soon as you hook it up to a flex duct, the airflow goes way down as the 4” one isn’t crazy powerful. I’m actually using 8” ducts with the 4” fan at this point without shrouds and it flows a good amount of air. It runs from a screen in the soffit to the fan, into the filter box, out of the filter box to mix with recycled air, and into my dehumidifier. The speed control works well to dial in the amount needed to keep pollutants at a low level inside. Overall, a good fan! I also installed a portable system in my mother’s mobile home and for one person, the 4” setup is perfect.

I bought a T6 (3 yrs ago), then an S4 (2 yrs ago), then 3 PC fans, several carbon filters, and now finally an A4. All of them exceptional quality, flawless performance since day 1. As other reviewers have stated, A4 is a lil bit louder than the S4. Still waaaay quieter than odd-shaped metal Vivo Z4 i replaced with it. Unless ur purchasing smallest A-series fan for largest possible space, relatively louder sound levels at higher settings will not come into play. My A4 is exhausting 2x4 space thru carb filter on setting 2 of 10 and is nearly imperceptible, on 6 its officially too loud. My 5x5 is exhausted by T6 that never needs to go beyond setting 4 of 10. Higher exhaust fan settings completely unnecessary to control smells and is actually counterproductive. Got more complete scrubs of exhausted air by carbon filters by turning exhaust fans down as low as possible. If u have the extra $20, get the S4 instead, it's worth the $ diff but the A4 is a quality fan from an unimpeachable supplier at entry level price point.

Tried about half dozen diff blowers. All the ones that had "silent" in distribution where tearable. So loud I could here in next room with door closed. Gave this one a try and couldn't hold back a smile when I first turned on. Soooo quiet. Just a light whisper. I use this as blower on wood stove. It's bit bigger but I can now sit back and listen to wood crackle in the stove. Just running it at a 3 to 4 speed put out same flow as original stove blower (about 150-200qf/min) moves a lot of air on high setting (10). Very impressed. Would buy again. (comes with speed controller that is nice clean design and magnet on the back)

Great construction. It can be left on for extended periods. Super quiet, high volume. The remote is a nice touch, and I'm a fan of wiring it to the unit.

Besonders wichtig für mich war die Fähigkeit, hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit problemlos zu bewältigen, was dieser Ventilator perfekt meistert. Der Versand aus den USA verlief zunächst nicht reibungslos – der erste Zustellversuch scheiterte, da der Zoll das Gerät aus unerklärlichen Gründen beschlagnahmte. Die Rückerstattung war jedoch unkompliziert, und ich bestellte das Gerät erneut. Beim zweiten Versuch kam es nach etwa zwei Wochen Wartezeit sicher und gut verpackt bei mir an. Der Aufbau und die Integration in mein Rohrsystem und den Filter waren kinderleicht und selbsterklärend. Nach einem Monat im Einsatz kann ich sagen, dass dieser Rohrventilator meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Er sieht nicht nur stylisch aus, sondern liefert auch eine beeindruckende Leistung. Die 10 Geschwindigkeitsstufen ermöglichen eine präzise Regulierung von Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur in meinem Pflanzenzelt, was für optimale Bedingungen sorgt. Siehe Video für eine Demonstration. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Lautstärke des Ventilators ab Stufe 6, die für meinen Geschmack etwas hoch ist. Allerdings hatte ich zuvor einen schallgedämpften Ventilator, weshalb ich in diesem Punkt vielleicht etwas verwöhnt bin. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit diesem Kauf und kann den AC Infinity Rohrventilator jedem empfehlen, der nach einer leistungsstarken und flexiblen Lösung für sein Pflanzenzelt sucht.

Very quiet even on full blast. No vibration, nice control. I use it on a laser engraver/cutter and it pulls the smoke away quickly.

Definitely recommend purchasing! I bought it to build a fume extractor because I do a lot of soldering. Very happy with this purchase. The remote is very simple but great quality, it is also magnetic. Motor is very powerful and exceeded my expectations. You could use it for many different applications. Definitely 5 Star!

Sehr leistungsfähiger Lüfter hat ordentlich Power ich verstehe, viele Rezessionen nicht so Kunden sagen im gesamten ist es zu laut. Denn dieses System ist eher leise, wenn man es auf Stufe 2 stellt. Auf maximaler stufe, ist es laut ja aber man muss bedenken der Lüfter muss ordentlich Luft wegdrücken meinem Kumpel reichen 2 Stufen locker dabei wird auch viel Luft abtransportiert. Das Verbauen hat auch super geklappt und die Kabel waren mehr als nur lang genug, sodass man alles sorgfältig verlegen kann. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
