Will this cut small screws?

I don’t think it suits for any type of metal, especially hard stainless steel. The cutter for wire ore shows good performance.

Can this crimp Ethernet wire?

No, the crimper only work for insulated terminals or cover of wires.

What is the transparent plastic part on the right of stripper?

It is a ruler for wire length you need to strip off.

Will it strip wire in the middle of a length

In short - no. It cuts then pulls the wire off. You could use it to cut at each end of the part you want to strip down to the wire then use a Stanley knife to cut lengthways between them…. I’d just use a Stanley knife for it all tbh
