Sometimes Heavy Metal Is The Best Medicine
Solid, sturdy construction. Love the fact that it’s all metal compared to other Big Blue jigs that use plastics and composites. Something tells me this thing will last forever. Includes everything you need to get going.Bought to try my hand at some cabinet making and the results were perfect. I was able to construct a professional face-frame for my cabinets with ease. Setup time is quick and the learning curve is basically a flat, straight line. Just adjust the drill bit depth and the hole height for your wood thickness and you’re off to the races. Couldn’t be happier. Made me “feel like a pro”!

No plastic
I'm a long time Kreg fan also a professional wood worker. I still have multiple Kreg pockethole jigs but I have to admit this blows them all away. Compact, accurate, versatile and incredibly well built for a "made in China" product. I use a pocket hole jig in a daily basis and wear out kreg his in a year....I don't see this one wearing out

Solid product but poor quality drill bits!
Affordable price and the pocket hole setup is solid metal, strong and does not flex or bend. I mounted it it to a solid wood board and it works well. A small issue it reading the measurements printed on the metal parts, it is not easy without clear lighting, not a big deal though. Negative issue, the reason I gave four stars for this product, is due to the poor quality of the included drill bits. They are dull and won't cut cleanly or effeciantly. I used an old Kreg pocket hole drill bit instead. As in other comments, the drill bits get "hung up" when drilling holes inside the guides. I Recommend you buy a Kreg Drill Bit if you purchase this machine.

Worked great.
I've been using the small Kreg starter jig kit for a couple years with good success, but it was time to step it up a notch while making many pocket holes in a project. This tool fit the bill. Setup is easy and the holes come out very clean compared the the Kreg. I believe that's because the Kreg has a thin strip of rubber on the bottom. Just my opinion. I'm not knocking the Kreg. It has it's place, but this tool produces a cleaner look. The manufacturing is very nice. The clamp is well made and operates smoothly, providing a strong clamp. The removeable vacuum adapter is absolutely fantastic. With it attached to a shop vac, I drilled several holes and did not leave one speck of sawdust on my workbench, awesome. If you are a dust hater like me, you will appreciate this feature. Note: when setting the drill depth collar, be sure to set it to the absolute tip of the small drill portion. I initially set it the the larger diameter and put a drill point into the jig base, my bad. I do have two complaints though. 1. The scale ise difficult to read. The arrow to line up to the board thickness scale is painted white on a grey surface. 2. the base thickness is .410". when supporting the far end of a long board it's difficult to find a matching thickness in my scrap pile. I'll end up running a small board thru the planer to get one to .410" and try not to misplace it.

Amazing Jig
Great build quality. Easy to use. So much better than the Kreg jig i had. This is faster than the small kreg jig and has such better quality that prioduces cleaner results.

High quality pocket hole jig
I built a 12ft workbench using 2x8x12's. About 50% was built using this pocket hole jig. The 4x4 posts were attached using my sisters Krieg jig. Only the legs and top were done and stayed like that for years. I was so impressed I had to get a pocket hole jig of my own. Honestly I like this far more than her Krieg jig, it's no contest. This is like a higher quality version of a Krieg jig. Everything is polished and gorgeous I love finding excuses to bring it out just so I can look at it. I'm not sure what the issue is with some people breaking their bits. I built this entire workbench and didn't break a bit. I have an older identical version that doesn't have the vacuum adapter. Yes I purchased it years ago and I'm just now finishing the workbench (procrastination) and to leave a review. It will definitely fill with saw dust you have to blow out with your mouth, so the added vacuum adapter is a great update for it. Now that I know a vacuum adapter will work I can 3D print one. I don't know if they're for sale separately. Anyway, this pocket hole jig was worth every penny.

Wondering what's "Upgraded" about this jig...
After reading many 1and 2 star reviews talking about the poor quality of the included drill bits I decided to take a chance and purchase the "Pocket Hole Jig Kit, Professional and Upgraded All-Metal Pocket Screw Jig with Detachable Vacuum Adapter" from HOWOD.As far as the jig itself it works as described. Clamps and positions the wood correctly, holds the wood securely. What I have issue with, as did many other reviewers is the quality of the included drill bits. My first two test holes were into a scrap of Douglas fir. It took a lot of force to get the bit to bite into the wood and even more force to actually drill the holes to the proper depth. I then tried an Urge drill bit and had zero issues drilling the holes.Should I return it just because the included drill bits are trash? I will wait and see if the seller reads the reviews and responds.
