I have been using this with Verizon and it works. It may not have all the bands but it will connect if you have a verizon Sim card.

After sim card configuration is completed, how can i setup the router for power on as soon it's power is supplied, without any human intervention?

You only need to set up the internet the first time. It will connect to the internet automatically when it is powered up.
